Workable and didn't cost me double like the others

Really take measurements - it's small and somehow that hadn't registered with me. Having said that, it does the job I purchased it for and the wheels make life so much easier. We are keeping it.

i would have gave it a 1/2 star if it would have let me. the screws won't stay in the wheels, so its pretty useless to me.

Not designed well

I expected it to be cardboard, small, and on wheels. It didn’t even surprise me when I had to screw the wheels on the bottom myself. But the screw holes were not well defined, and I don’t think anybody had started them. There were some dots on the cloth material but not really a dimples where I could mount the screw and screw it in. I pretty much had to make my own holes and hope for the best.

TOO SMALL

I THOUGHT I ORDERED A 18 INCH FOOT STOOL FOR MY HUSBAND.iNSTEAD I GET SOMETHING THAT A 10 YEAR OLD MIGHT BE ABLE TO USE.iT ISNT EVEN A FOOT HIGH.MY HUSBAND IS 6 FOOT 3 AND I EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO MEASURE WHAT SIZE HE WOULD NEED.i WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.PICTURE IS VERY DECEIVING!!!!!

I love the ottoman, however, it was not the size I was expecting.But that is my fault, I am not good with measurements. However, I am using it as a jewelry box.?? It matches my bedroom décor perfectly and I have gotten compliments about it.

Very nice. It looks really good. I just need to get the castors on it & it'll be much better.

It's nice, but a little smaller than expected. I had ordered two brown ones a few years ago & they are twice that size. So I thought this one would be the size of those. They are starting to get old now & one has disappeared, so I thought I would get another one. Also I way going to put the castors on & couldn't find any pre-drilled holes. So, they are inside the ottoman. I was going to get my son to look at it, but he has other things to do. But I like it a lot & I like the Black one the best.

This is very small, but served my purpose. A small storage space and a place to put my feet when needed. but it rolls out of the way when not needed. Rollers do not just pop on. You have to screw them on and this is a bit agravating. 16 screws involved. The quality doesn't match the price, but it served my purpose so I'll keep it.

To little it's for a small child I try to return it but to send it back was more than I paid for it,and the candy was horrible.i will never order anything from you all again because we have to pay for or on return

Not what it seems

Product is not what it is portrayed to be. Much smaller than appeared, not a cushiony ottoman at all. Not easy to put wheels on.

Ottoman

This ottoman is good to store small items not big . I like it . The wheels it came with I didn?t use I couldn?t find the holes to screw them in place . Wasn?t impressed with that .
