Fun, Formal, or Both

We selected this pattern on our wedding registry. We love the vibrant colors and think they look either fun (when we use them for casual dining) or stately (when we use them for formal dining). The best part about these dishes is that you can put them in the dishwasher or microwave: they have been extremely durable so far. We use these as everyday dishes and for formal dinners at our house. They look great and are extremely practical.

Different and lovely

I wanted a special look and this dishes fill the bill. OMG I just love them and can't wait to get more pieces.

Beautiful Sturdy dinnerware set

My husband and I received these for our wedding. They are very sturdy. I wash them in the dishwasher, have dropped them, and microwave them. No chips or crackling at all. They don't stain either, even when I have left coffee or tea on them. They are so attractive, and I get tons of compliments on them. I have the basic set and the dessert plates, but eventually I would like to get everything :)

My husband is the one who actually picked out this pattern for our china and I have to say he picked right! We registered for individual pieces so that we could get the larger mugs which was a great decision. I also recommend getting the pasta bowls! They were a last minute add on and the most used in our house! Beautiful pattern and functional for everyday or nice china! Received lots of compliments on it at my bridal shower!

Very elegent set

Even if not seing the set in real, it looks like a fine piece which is very light and beautifully painted. The sckilful combination of colors is very elegent and subtle which makes it outstand from the other pieces. This will add a fun touch to any home.

Simply Charming

I received these dishes for my wedding and my new husband and I have been delighted with them. We have received many compliments from our friends on the patterns and love the fact that they're not overly girly. So far they seem to be quite sturdy. We haven't had any problems with breakage or scratching and I feel better knowing that Lenox has great replacement deals and warranties. I would recommend getting the larger mugs--they have the beautiful birds on them and are the perfect size for coffee.

A must have

I saw this set at the store and went cuckoo over it. I love the colors over the white background and the design. Beautiful dinnerware makes food more appealing, and that is just what this one does, for me at least.

Fabulous dinnerware!

I started to collect this pattern when I rennovated my kitchen and accented in turquoise. This is the best investment I ever made in china. I not only use this dinnerware for everyday use, but for formal dinners. It is a versatile pattern. I put my dinnerware in the dishwasher, microwave, and even the oven! If you like turquoise, as I do, you will love this dinnerware. The place settings are made in the U.S.A.; however, the completer pieces are made in China. I was disappointed. However, they still are beautiful.

Lovely

I absolutely love this set! Elegantly delicate yet sturdy, and absolutely beautiful when set on a dining table, especially with the matching place mats and napkins. Washes nicely in the dishwasher.

Adds Style to Basic White

We have classic white for a dinner china set. We LOVE CHIRP and have purchased selected pieces to go with the basic white set. Looks fabulous, eats and serves well. Pick your favorites and with chirp you can have as much or little aqua, or birds or the floral depending on the accent pieces you pick to go with the white.

What a life in the spring.

I love how this dineware looks like they took pictures from nature and made it simply beautiful. It's very creative.

Cute but chips!

This set brings a splash of color to the table- I love it. The only problem is that I've probably used the set about 6 times and have already noticed some chips/color wear on the blue portion of the dinner plate (white spots are exposed). We're not rough with this set, so I'm assuming it may be the dishwasher. The plates say "dishwasher safe" and I always run them on gentle.

Who ever would have thought!

That at my age, pushing hard on 70, that I would go and buy myself new china? Certainly not me! But it was love at first sight and I have been buying a plate here and a bowl there until, amazingly, I've managed to acquire serving for six. I buy individual pieces. Who really needs another small mug? Not me, I've given away all but a few that feel really good in your cupped hands on a cold day. These dishes make me smile. They feel both completely contemporary - abstract art as well as Asian inspired with pen and ink style art in harmonious colors. You can easily change the look with different colors of table linens. They are always commented on for their good looks and are not so overwhelmed with color that food is not attractive on the place. I hope my daughter likes them because she will need to figure out what to do with them at some point, but until them they make me chirp with delight every day as I use them.

The Lenox Chirp collection is absolutely beautiful! For a modern look, I have combined the round and the square place-settings -- it makes for a truly stunning table! (The Macy's bridal registry consultant set a table for me, and I fell in love instantaneously!) The pieces are extremely durable and perfect for every-day use. All items can be run through the dishwasher, used in the microwave, and I have yet to break anything! I am so impressed with the quality & craftsmanship of not only the china, but the beautiful watercolors. I recommend buying the place-settings as individual pieces so that you can purchase the large mugs (as recommended by another reviewer) as well as a combination of square / round plates. I receive compliments whenever I entertain - the pattern is so unique but not overbearing.
