I found this wedge to be the perfect height, but much too firm for my preference.
This is a great wedge. Its soft and comfy yet supportive. Most importantly its longer than most front to back. I dont have a long torso yet this wedge is the only I have found that is comfortable and long enough. I tried a shorter wedge and it put terrible pressure on my lower back. I returned to the other one. This one is awesome. I use the wedge due to acid reflux and it helps.

I read all the reviews and chose this pillow for sleeping. Works well for me. I don't find myself sliding off or rolling off this pillow. It's quite comfortable; not too hard nor soft.

Great amount of Elevation and very soft
I purchased this pillow due to excruciating lower back pain I started feeling, pain worsened as I continued sleeping on my stomach. Had to switch to sleeping on my back, hated being completely flat on back while sleeping so bought this pillow for a slight elevation and I am now a back sleeper.
