SOME??? Assembly required!!

I can not believe how much effort I have to put into the assembly. I had NO idea it would be this complicated. I am disabled and now have to hire a handyman. Plus delivery was pushed back by 3 days at the last minute after I took the day off for the original planned delivery date. Not happy at all.

Great table & customer service

Very nice table. Looks great on the patio and the chairs are very comfortable. Pros: Swivel rocker chairs are very comfortable Quality set that appears very well made Great customer service if any issues with parts/pieces it took about an hour of scrubbing to get all unnecessary sticky tape residue off the tabletop) Really should have 2 people to assemble the set due to balancing parts/pieces while the other person screws them into place.

Not as advertised

It advertises that it comes with umbrella and stand but it does not!

Finish a disappointment

The finish is not uniform and there are many sharp edges and scraped to the metal areas. I really wanted the leaf design as shown on the top edge of chair but got a scrolled design. One of the riveted feet on the chair bottom was loose with no way of tightening it. The seats are too low for the dining table height and not that comfortable so we are having to order seat cushions to raise us. Not sure how we are going to get rid of all the sharp edges without exposing the aluminum. They do rock slightly and swivel which is what we wanted, but I do not like the finish.

The sling on one of the chairs is already separating and I can count on one had with fingers left over the number of times we have actually sat in any of these 4 chairs.

Love this table! Looks amazing! Was nervous about the quality but it's very nice and is very stable. We are especially happy with the table and the base which adds a high quality feel to the full piece. Very happy with this purchase!

I like the look of the chairs. The table isn't put together yet. My husband seems to be managing with little difficulty. Although we are missing one set of the hardware nuts and bolts for the fourth chair. Will be needing someone to send that along if possible.

We ordered this table and chairs because of the looks and aluminum build. We needed something that would last a long time on our patio. The life span of this set may be good, but if the build quality is any sign we will have to replace this in a few years. The chairs have a wobble in the swivel. They kind of clunk side to side. It's small, but it's going to get worse over time. I have checked every part of the chairs and found that the issue is the plastic bushing in the chair is causing the wobble. A plastic bushing, for this cost the chairs should have had a solid shaft with bearings top and bottom, not plastic. The next BIG issue that almost caused me to call for a return was the table legs. 3 of the legs were welded correctly. The last leg had the table mount welded upside down. meaning the hole to mount the table was not on the tab, it was inside the table leg. I had to measure very carefully and drill a new hole in the legs tab. How that could have passed inspection is beyond me. There is no way anyone actually look at the legs in the factory. By the way, the factory is in China. The next issue was the plastic center hole cover. It is the EXACT same size as the hole in the table. It took me 1/2 and hour with a rubber mallet to slowly and carefully get the plastic cover into the hole completely. I would bet most people just throw this cover away after a few tries. The last part is either the glass is not round, or the table top frame is not round. Another 1/2 hour to make the glass fit into the top frame. Only to find that one of the rubber bumpers in the table top frame was missing. These cant fall out, it was missing from the factory. I looked through all the packing and it was not there. So it was just not installed at the factory. I had a rubber stick on foot that was the same size so I just picked up the glass in that one spot and stuck on the rubber foot. I would recommend anyone looking to get this table and chairs go to the store and actually look at them before buying. We bought this off the website, sight unseen.
