Unsatisfactory pro

The pan drops the black rust all the time, to the foods, brushes and cleaning water. Disappointed about the quality and afraid of eating these unhealthy stuff. I lost the receipt. Can I return it back? Thanks.

Excellent value for the price, good quality

For less than twenty dollars delivered this item is surprisingly nice. It is heavier thickness than I had expected and has a nice flat cooking surface. I am pleased with this purchase.

Size smaller than described.

Cooking surface was not 14 inches. Closer to 13 inches. Pan had recessed areas on the cooking surface and on the bottom. Had a nice heavy weight and the finish was acceptable.

Pre-heating it makes the crust crispy. The edge prevents spillage. Exactly what I wanted.

Perfect to make dosas.

It's a good quality, heavy cast iron griddle. The size is pretty nice. Quite nice to make dosas, they come out nice and crisp from the very first one you cook. A good utensil can make a world of difference to your cooking, and this one proves it yet again.

Great Pizza Pan old tech rules

This is just as good as a Lodge or fancy name brand. The Iron Age began in 1300 B.C. man has been casting iron for roughly 33 hundred years. I think China has been doing it longer than anyone. Frankly some of the consternation over the Chinese origin quality of cast iron, well it's just plain idiotic. I made pancakes and focaccia bread and it worked exactly as expected, my grandkids will probably have it melted down to make weapons when the end times come.

Used everyday in our kitchen!

This is huge! Fits 4 portions plus easily! Nonstick after first use and can even warm several tortillas at once! I use this on my induction cook top so just the food not our kitchen heat up!
