RMA for Wrong Part Never Appeared
Wrong part. I ordered a 1 1/4 inch End Cap. What I received was a 1 5/8 inch End Cap. Calling about the part, I was told it was an End Cap for an 1 1/4 Schedule 40 PVC Pipe. I needed a 1 1/4 inch Cap for a 1 1/4 inch Aluminum Pipe. I was told an RMA would be issued which still has never arrived. Wrong part followed by Bad Service.
