Unreliable Seller. Order said out for delivery, then 1 week later cancelled my order with no explanation. Contacted seller and got no response.

The Lorell 2 drawer vertical file cabinet was delivered without a problem. The quality was fair to good, but the proce was good. We were disappointed that the key was missing and hooe this will be rectified. This is the first tine that we are ordering through this websitw so we will see if they cone through and send us a key.

Dented

Unboxed and found two dents on right side. Should improve packaging, to help prevent damages on product.

You should state that the filing cabinet does NOT have asolid botton. Just 1/2" wide strips on all sides. Not good for stability.

DAMAGED FILE CABINET

This was ordered last month. The Condo maintenance man accepted delivery without noticing the file cabinet was damaged. Furniture only has 14 days to return... if this is considered furniture. Awful product, Service and Policy.

Title says 25" depth 2 drawer file cabinet, but it

Their promo of this file cabinet says 25" deep. It is only 22" deep and can't be stacked on top of my 25" depth 2 drawer I already have. I ordered a 25" and got it in one day.

Very sturdy file cabinet. Lock works great and files easily organized. Drawers are not flimsy Drawers are deep so they hold mode. Holds form. Highly recommend this file cabinet and would purchase again.

Very Pleased

The filing cabinet was exactly as I had expected. It arrived in perfect condition and was the perfect height to match existing file cabinets. The inside was different though. Instead of being black, it was silver. But not noticeable after the file folders were put in. The drawers slide in and out very smoothly and over all I am very happy with my purchase.

Built well to last.

I really liked the fact that it was sturdy not flimsy.

No Hanging Rails

Purchased this product to replace old filing cabinet based on reviews. The filing cabinet was delivered to my home and it was not damaged. However there were ZERO hanging rails included in the filing cabinet and I am now scrambling to find something that will work. Hopefully Office Depot will make this right.

Walmart service is terrible.

The Filing Cabinet was damaged. I was told I would be emailed a Label to return it. I still have not received the label for return. I asked for a refund and not received that either. This is a terrible transaction, just took my money and ran. Wont be shopping at Walmart any more.

File cabinet - needs some work

Each cabinet I received was damaged. Customer service exchanged it 3 times without success...last cabinet was so dented I couldn't even open the drawer. I was told they were unable to fill the order.

CABINET

THIS CABINET IS JUST WHAT I NEEDED TO INCREASE MY FILING SPACE. IT WAS DELIVERED IN PERFECT CONDITION, NO DENTS OR SCRATCHES AND WAS DELIVERED A FEW DAYS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED.

Just what I expected

This item came packaged very securely and there was no damage. It is just what we needed and expected. Some reviews were not that good, but with my experience with Office Depot , I took a chance that it would be delivered without damage. It was so! :-)

wrong measurements

I was expecting nothing but a regular file cabinet and at first glance, I received what was ordered, but...the dimensions were incorrect. This is not a 18 inch wide cabinet, which is needed for legal size filing. Overstock took care of the return and said that they will correct the dimensions. As a note of caution, check the dimensions by inputting the model number on the actual Lorell website. Most of the Lorell cabinets on Overstock have incorrect measurements (there is only one Lorell cabinet on Overstock that is truly 18inch wide (model LLR60661). Overall good standard metal cabinet. Pulls out completely to access back files-see pic

AWFUL!

I purchased one of these cabinets for my office and it came damaged (with dents). I re-ordered another one the same day, hoping it wouldn't have the dents. The second one arrived today and has more dents all over than the first one did! No photos or videos because of the frustration of not getting a good product...twice!
