When I came to collect my order of the Fortress Fe26 Railing panels, the staff I spoke with at the Cambridge Rd store were all really nice and genuinely helpful. I would wish to say that the same can be said of the woman I'd spoken to when initially ordering. She was just great!

Product was as advertised aside from the bottom 4 out of 16 panels being damaged--bent and/or scratched up. It was obvious the damaged panels had their packaging torn, so someone knew they were damaged and put those four panels at the bottom of the stack on the pallet that was delivered.

Great quality

Exactly what I was looking for. Quick and easy install and extremely rugged. One rail did arrive damage but decks direct was fast to get a new one out to us.

Mostly great

For the most part everything went great. I did receive one post and cap that were missing parts/damaged. But they were excellent in helping to resolve the issue. Everything else went good. Product quality was good. Shipping was quick.

these railings exactly matched the one on my house. Installation was easy. I was able to cut them to the size I needed and used the mounting brackets (purchased also).

This matched exactly to my existing railings. I cut to length and dropped into the new posts and support brackets.

Great product, fast delivery

Replaced 24 feet of 30 yr old rusted out rod iron. Install was pretty easy with the right tools for this 73 yo.

Super easy and looks nice

Easy to modify if you have the right tools. Staircase was tricky to get angle just right and figure out post heights and how to do the base on a slope but it turned out fantastic. The adjustable staircase railing is pretty amazing.

Very happy with the railings but had to purchase the brackets to install separately witch was an additional cost.

The panels are well finished and robust. Much better value than custom made alternativs.

[Rewarded Review] Great Product

I have a small outside patio/nook on the back corner of my house and we wanted to put something on part of it to sort of close it in so it did not seem so open. This 6' steel fence section with two end posts is well made and worked perfect. The sections assembled easily and the only issue I had was that there was not pilot hole on the rail for me to install the provided set screw that holds it in so I had to drill them. I purchased some concrete anchor bolts and bolted the posts to the slab and covered the flange plate with the cover that was provided. We love the look this little railing gives our back patio.

[Rewarded Review] heavy duty railing

this is just the right size for my porch , this will stop the dogs from running through my plants and will make them walk around instead once the figure out they can no longer do this, well maybe. it is constructed of heavy steel and the welds are done very nicely not like some other railings i have used. the instructions are simple to follow and should take no time to install

Great products and have a 4 rather than 5 as was a little disappointed in my order. I appreciate Decksdirect getting my order out quickly and only charging me for 6 foot rails and sending all 8 footers. But I had a lot of left over material. Also, I had to install all brackets on the steel posts when I had ordered pists with brackets already on. However, my project came out great and I would definitely use Decksdirect again. Also, it would be nice to send a self tapping screw with each post cap……
