Love this rug. Yes it does seem to shed but so does my Labrador Retriever. I am remodeling my house so please pardon the unfinished areas :) Delivery was great & arrived early.
Nice rug but doesn't wear well.
Nice heavy rug but some of the black areas are already showing wear. Heavy shedding when vacuuming.
Great looking but not durable
It's a really beautiful rug, however the quality is not that great. It arrived with a couple of pulled threads in it, which I was able to tack down. Several other threads have come loose with ordinary walking so I find the durability questionable going forward. Fortunately I purchased this rug just for a "summer" rug in my entryway, so it will be replaced in few months anyway.

My rug for my deck is absolutely beautiful and adds so much color to deck and goes perfect with furniture.

Becareful where you use this rug
I purchased this indoor/outdoor area rug for the small deck just off our master bedroom along with a seating set from Home Depot all at the same time. I was super excited to get all the items. I have been looking at a lot of different styles of rugs for our deck. I purchased this particular rug because I liked the colors and design but especially because it was advertised for outdoor use. Yesterday was the first day it rained since I put the rug and seating set out. When I came home from work today the rug was so saturated with water that I could barely lift it. It was holding the water in and not letting it drain. I ended up having to hang it over the railing on my deck and then the water just started pouring out of it. If I continue to use this rug as intended it will rot out the wood on my deck. I am not sure what to do now. I am thinking about returning the rug.
