Bread came out fantastic in this pan my only issue is having to place it on a baking sheet so things don’t end up in the bottom of my oven

Using it pretty much weekly to make sourdough. I use parchment on it as sourdough tends to run through the holes :) I recommend to everyone I share my starter with to get one of these.
