The toilet paper holder is just what I expected and was easy to install (about 10 minutes). It is working just fine.

They not what I expected. I returned this item.

The finish is nice but there’s no way it can be hung on the wall. The screws to secure the ends are too small to do anything. I’ll be returning it.

This product is crap. Have to return it because it won't work for a roll of toilet paper to roll smoothly. Pure garbage.

Very well made, easy to install. I’ve had the paper holder about a month and happy to say it exceeded my expectations. As always my experience dealing with Home Depot was comfortable and pleasant. Staff was very professional and helpful.

Fit and finish meets expectations. Used to replace older unit because it has a stronger wall mount. Deducted one star for having to tighten slotted mounting screw on underside vs easier to tighten Phillips head or Allen head screw.

This towel holder was a perfect fit for my bathroom. Easy for me to install too. It turned out to be what I was looking for to complete this phase of my bathroom redo.

Screws that tighten the white arms to wall bracket are too small. Won’t tighten to keep it from wiggling. Most frustrating product to install. Expect it to fall off the bracket after a few uses.

A 15 minute job took an hour

I attached the brackets and then spent fifteen minutes, lying on my back between the toilet and the vanity trying to tighten the soft metal slot-head set screw. Yes, a slot head screw! Not a Phillips or a hex, both of which would have been easy to center and turn without having to see the slot. And, because the metal of the screw was so cheap and soft, the slot got completely buggered up. I finally realized that there wasn’t any way to tighten the set screw. I removed the arm and tried to back the soft metal set screw out but began buggering the slot in the other direction. After I finally managed to back the screw out, I could see the set screw hole wasn’t drilled all the way through so it wasn’t tapped all the way through! It was impossible to tighten. I had to clear the hole so the set screw could move far enough to set. I ended up drilling the set screw hole from the opposite direction in order to clear the obstructing metal. Really poor quality manufacturing and terrible workmanship. I suggest if you’re going to buy this product, open the box in the store and check that a) the set screws move and b) the set screw will move through the hole far enough to engage the bracket!
