Bar rattles inside the housing
The bar was light as a feather. Cheaply made and bar doesn't fit snuggly in the housing causing a rattling noise. I'm hoping it can hold the weight of a body towel.

It took way too long to get it for the app saying there was some available and the store experience is not the friendliest and flowing in process. I feel if your system says its available, then it should not take longer than a week to get it in the store to pick up!

An employee helped us find the towel bar we wanted. Two days after we had it home, my husband opened the box to find only the brackets but no bar. We then realized the end looked like it was opened. We returned it & an employee brought us another one which we have not opened as of yet.

Installed in a rental unit that had a partial bath towel bar missing. It's pretty useless when there is no bar and one of the ends has gone missing.
