Defective product

Very disappointed the item does not work properly. When I opened the box it was not wrapped properly like a new item. Also, the adapter was attached already like it was use before and sold after someone returned. I’m very disappointed with the product and will be returning item and contacting customer service regarding prepaid shipping label due to defective used product.
