This tree is absolutely beautiful. Expect to be in a “snow storm” from the flocking, when you put it together, which is so easy! I must say it is a large tree! You must have a large space to display it.

The bottom section didn’t work when I opened it. Company said they would send replacement. Sent the wrong section! Worthless

Bald

So many bald and open spots. Definitely seems like they’re some missing branches even though the branches were already attached. Very messy even before flocking, causing me to cough and feel congested. Not sure what the snow is made with but might be concerning for some with allergies or sensitivity. Unfortunately I bought this last year after Christmas and just opened it this year (2023). Disappointed for sure.

Flocked tree beautiful.

Just lovely, but seems heavily flocked on one side and less flocked on the other.

Beautiful tree,but not as wide or full as picture show, also after the second year, the cord extension don't work get extremely hot and lights do not turn on, I called and email many time they said that they don't sell the cord by it self,them I paid more them $800 dollar for a tree that last just 2 season, not worthy.

Falling in Love

Fell in love with a flocked tree we saw at a restaurant. Love this one although not as wide as I expected. Did not fully "fluff" bcuz of the mess the "snow" makes but overall, we all well pleased.

Gorgeous Flocked Tree

This tree is gorgeous! However, be prepared for it to "snow" everywhere. ;)

Flocking mess

The good: The lights connect automatically when you put the sections together. Second, the flocking is beautiful. The bad: The flocking is a nightmare, covering the floor, my clothes, and everything else. It was sprayed on the lights too. It was such a miserable mess that we returned it. I had to repack it into the box outside it was so bad.

Beautiful flicked Christmas Tree. Very well made and very sturdy.

A true moment

I called in today with questions. I spoke to Jennifer. I explained to her the issue we faced. She put me on hold to see what she could do. A few minutes went by and she came back with a solution that I did not expect. Because of her solution to MY problem, our Christmas tree will be lit. She created one of those rare moments that had me at a loss for words. I can not thank her enough!

The tree is not as

The tree is not as full as I'd of hoped it to be. Very big empty spots compared to the photo. A bit disappointed especially for the cost of this tree. 😔 It is beautiful just wish it was fuller as advertised. I am posting a photo of it flared out completely with no decorations for a better view.

Not received

My tracking says it was delivered however it has not been. Sadly we had to buy another tree for the Holidays and I will be contacting for a refund.
