Middle Section Doesn’t Worn

The entire middle section doesn’t work. When I went to the Fraser Hill website, there are several reviews Nov- Dec 2023 reporting the same issue. Would not recommend.

LIGHTS NOT WORKING

Don’t get me wrong this tree is gorgeous but one section of my tree isn’t lighting up. On top of that, it didn’t come with any extra bulbs or a battery to the remote. For this tree to be extremely expensive it needs to come with the full package correctly. I did give the company a call and explain my situation the same day I received my tree. They told me they’re send me another part and that it would take 5 - 7 business days… OK. Today I give the company a call back again just to get an update on my package because I haven’t received any emails regarding my situation. They tell me there is no record of my case and I should give them a call back on Monday. So now I’m sitting here looking like a dummy with two case numbers. I’m extremely disappointed and I’m just going to return the Christmas tree.

company does not help at all

The remote doesn't work, it tooks day to figure out the lights and the company was no help at all. The tree is beautiful but doesn't work right. Very expensive, to not to work.
