Good quality! The base is heavy enough to not slide around. I love the cell phone holder. The only down side is the finish is closer to a chrome than a brushed nickel.

When I first purchased, I thought this was great. Then it kept falling over only to find out that the screws holding the base in broke through the weighted base and now it's useless. Do Not Buy.

I really like this free standing toilet paper holder which allows you to place in several locations. It is very sturdy and the brushed nickel goes with our bathroom fixtures. The stop shelf is convenient for your cell phone or any small object. I also like the anti-slip pad on the bottom which also prevents scratches on the floor. The space between the two poles means you can use the larger roles.
