Sleek and Toasty
We have a ceiling mounted Westinghouse in our garage, so it was only natural to trust Westinghouse again for our upper deck. Minimal assembly. Fast and free shipping, right to our door. Sleek space saving design. Will be toasty warm for the rest of the winter. Thanks so much.
The oscillating feature is convenient and useful with good heat, although outdoors the heat span isn’t very long range. Works fine though for warming my fig trees using an extension cord. Perfectly safe.
My dissatisfaction with the heater is more my fault than the heaters. I did not realize that it did not have a fan to blow the heat out. So it takes it a good while to heat my o

I bought this thinking it would be a good heater for my back porch. The price was decent and I liked the fact that it rotated. The output of the heat was not effective unless you were directly in front of it. It might work well for a small enclosed place, but for use outside I was disappointed.
Impressed !
Bought this one and its taller version which does not oscillate but has more wattage. This one was far better at producing heat and heat reaching further. I was surprised and happy with how the heat output worked for us. Also, doesn’t make you feel like a part of your body is being fried due to heat just focused in one spot. Fully recommend!
Heats quickly. Lightweight
I purchased this heater for my she shed. It heats up quickly. It does not heat the entire shed but does well in a small area. I put it a few feet from where I’m sitting. It has a swiveling function to cover a bit more area. The front gets very hot where the metal is.

This is a smaller version of the tall electric outdoor heater which was just too big for our stace outside. It heats fairly quickly and rotates to distribute the heat, but has to be close to the subjects. It is very portable, so one can move it around easily. It can be placed on a table if desired. Wish the cord was longer 'cause we only have one outlet outside, thus requiring an extension cord and the male-female junction gives an opportunity for water to seep in and cause a short. Problem solved with electrical tape wrapped tightly around the junction. Otherwise fit our need perfectly.

Works well on our screen porch during cool spring days to enable 2 people to eat outdoors comfortably. We also found it to be useful indoors as a temporary small area heatsource on cold days when the HVAC was slow to catchup. We like that it has 2 temperature settings. We very much like the small portable size of it; easy to move around to where ever we are sitting. We compared it to one of those big ones on a tall pole and found that one to be annoyingly large and difficult to move around. So we went with this smaller one and are pleased. The remote is kinda nice, but mostly unneccessary since you dont really use it from a distance anyway. You wont feel much heat beyond about 6-8 feet away. Hence nice to be able to just move the unit nearby. Nearby its nice and toasty warm. Its like sitting on the beach in the hot sun. Its not an air blowy thing.
We wanted this to heat our outdoor patio. It works very well. The oscillation feature allows for better heat distribution. Add some blankets (if needed) and you have a cozy outdoor covid friendly entertainment environment. Really like this product and feel like it was worth the price.
Do not go there. The upper unit may be fine, but the cheap plastic base was a nightmare to try to assemble (I consider myself fairly mechanically minded)--so much so that I finally gave up. It was as though one company made the upper part and one made the base. The two suppliers didn't talk apparently. I didn't even get a chance to plug it in and try it out.
Love this patio heater!! It is very sturdy, the swinging feature is great. Puts out a very efficient amount of heat for my porch. I have had it just a few days and have used it late a couple hours after dark in our Midwest cool evenings reading.
This is an expensive heater so I though it would be worth the price but it is not. This heater does not warm. I was sitting five inches away from this heater and was still very cold. Do not buy. I Just wanted to save you the disappointment.
Nice and compact. Easy set up. Heats up quickly. Doesn't make any humming sounds. Can be stationary or pivot. Has a remote. Looking forward to using it outside in our screened porch and hopefully it'll give us some warmth during the cooler hours. Because we haven't been able to try it outside yet, that's why I'm giving it 4 stars for now.
Does a solid job of radiating heat, and oscillation is a plus. So far have tried in our screen porch in 40ish degree weather, and it is sufficient to let one or two people sit near it and stay warmer. We've mainly bought it to allow outdoor dining once temperatures are in the 50s, so haven't used it much yet, but I'm happy with the water resistant ratings, the size and design, etc.

This heater is a convenient source of warmth for both outdoor and indoor use. We use it on our outdoor balcony to take the chill off those cool winter days while enjoying outdoor meals. It's easy to use, reliable and has a nice oscillating feature. Two heat settings make even more versatile.
Seems good but hasn’t been used beyond initial testing out of the box.
Absolutely I love it.I’m writing my review now cause the days had been a little cold and this is the time to turn it on. It’s perfect for my screened deck, it’s not to very big but not to very Small. The heat is just perfect, everyone can feel it. Awesome purchase

The base was easy to attach, and the instructions for operating are intuitive (although they're provided and clear, just in case). Because the outdoor temps have been in the high 80s and 90s, it's difficult to judge how much (how far) the heat will project once the cooler weather returns -- hence a rating of 4, not 5, stars. We chose this model because it oscillated, which we assume will mean a wider circle of warmth.
