Extremely happy with the valet. Problem is the clothes hanger was badly scratched that ruins the look. Very unhappy with the condition it arrived in. My first purchase from Wayfair and I am not pleased.

Great organizer. Easy to assemble.
A little off balanced
It is okay. Looks nice but it needs to be better balanced. When you hang something on the jacket hanger it tends to fall backwards unless you put something on the front part.

This valet you can use only for shirts and jackets. No way that you can put t- shirts or polo shirts. The drawer is extremely small. However, the piece itself is beautiful. So, if you will use it only for shirts and jackets, go ahead, you will not regret. In my case, it is useless.
