Small but mighty

I understand Can do much of the bulky hose but that a “me” problem, other wise love, live in a mobile home help cool down the house down. The noise is a bit loud if you are trying to keep in on all day.

Not designed for any windows size

Plastic insert does not fit inside the window frame, and can’t be trimmed because it’s plastic,

[Rewarded Review] Easy to setup and heavy in weight!!

I have three story home and I always have the high temperature on my third floor office room during the whole day. I have installed this medium size AC unit on my office room which is very easy to setup which also have window installation kit included in the box. However, It was very heavy in the weight that took my so much energy to bring it on the third floor. It was not easy to move from one floor to another floor. However, it is very easy to move it on the same floor due to it has the wheels on the bottom of the machine. It comes with remove controls that very flexible to use based on the requirement and room temperature. One of the cool feature that it has auto mode that can set during the night time or day time when we busy and does not want to change it multiple times. It has multiple functions like cooling, fan only, and dehumidifier. It also have the Celsius to Fahrenheit which is easy to understand. It also have swing mod, timer mode, sleep mode, and fan speed. All the settings are included in the remote control and it easy to change it.

Good unit, bad remote

Bought this as a gift for someone. Works great, but the remote was defected.

[Rewarded Review] Good for a Work Space

This unit works well and as expected. The instruction manual is clear and easy to follow. Assembly and installation was pretty simple. There is an exhaust heat pipe which connects to the base. It stretches to reach the nearest window and is sealed wuth the sealing plate. The window can then be lowered to hold the plate in place. I live in a hot climate so we made sure it was sealed all the way so critters don't get in. There is an LED display and the different button functions are easy to understand. The included remote makes operation simple. The unit itself isn't super heavy so you can move it around as needed. A few cons; it's pretty noisy. It's hard to keep the cooling setting on consistently, so sleep mode just cycles through fan and cooling too often. The water collection bucket is not removable so draining it can be a bit inconvenient. This type of unit would probably work best for like an outdoor work shed or emergency weather situation where you need an extra cooling solution.

[Rewarded Review] Great portable air conditioner

This air conditioner is great for moving from room to room or even using in a bedroom where you don’t have a big enough window for a window unit. It’s lightweight and has wheels to make it easy to move. It cools pretty effectively in a relatively large room. Set up is fast and fail proof, it’s much simpler than installing a window unit and has comparable results in cooling the room. Overall it’s very handy to have.

[Rewarded Review] Great AC unit

I wanted a portable Air Conditioner that could be used to cool a bedroom during a power outage that don’t draw too much power from a portable generator and this portable AC unit is exactly what I was looking. It was a breeze to put together, in less than 10 minutes from box to fully installed. The user’s manual explains how to operate the unit and is easy to follow. The sleek design is beautiful and the sleep feature ensures the LED display doesn’t keep you up at night. It works very well and a life saver during those hot summer days.

[Rewarded Review] Must have for attic bedroom

My bedroom is in the attic of our house. It gets extremely hot and there is no way to run duct work. I have struggled with keeping it cool for years. A window AC just doesn't cut it. I purchased this to sit beside my bed and it is a game changer. I'd say my attic bedroom is about 200 sq foot and this keeps it nice and cool. It has a remote on it so I can turn it off without getting out of bed. It also have different fan speeds and options for cooling. It is easy to move around from place to place as it has wheels and it isn't too heavy. There is a window kit that comes with it making it super simple to install. My husband is so excited to be able to sleep in our bedroom during the hot summer nights again.

Doesn’t cool as it should.

I purchased this 9000 btu unit to be used in a small 3 room camper. It should have cooled it with no problems. But, after a full 24 hours of running, I still couldn’t sleep in the camper due to it being so very hot inside. I would NOT recommend this unit.

[Rewarded Review] Blows cold

Installation of this portable air conditioner was pretty easy but there was a few hiccups: it doesn’t seal against the window precisely, and there are unnecessary mounting holes in the plate that have to be sealed to prevent bugs and other things from getting in. Otherwise, it blows ice cold and is extremely easy to use! It is kind of bulky.

Cools well but fills with water very fast

The unit was able to significantly cool down my 130 square foot room but it fills with with water after only 45 minutes of cooling (not on the dehumidifier setting). It's hard to drain because the drain is very close to the ground so it's really hard to place something underneath to catch the water and you risk leakage. It's also pretty heavy so it's hard to raise the unit to drain in a tub or something.

A/C unit is fair

The installation instructions to this A/C unit were not inclusive, did not explain how to shorten insert if needed, had to call for additional instructions! also the hose unit is difficult to install. The unit is very loud! Cooling is good. the remote control did not have a visible display even after installing fresh batteries

It has a vent to the outside, like your dryer.

The set up was surprising. But it works like a dream! Burrr

[Rewarded Review] Easy use, louder than window unit, difficult drain

Overall, this seems to be a fantastic unit that is very easy to install with no tools required, and no heavy lifting into a window. This type of unit seems to also offer better security, however, it did not come with any bracket to install to the window to prevent it from being opened further. It also did not come with any foam or weatherstripping to assist installing in the window or block the gap between sashes that occurs when you open the window. Even though it is easy to get installed and up and running, it is very difficult to drain the condensation without making a mess. The unit either requires removing a drain plug and lifting the entire unit to drain, or run a hose to an external container that could overflow if not checked. I would recommend an external container for sure, maybe a container inside a container, with a water alarm in the second container in case you forget and let the first overfill. During use, the unit is louder than our window unit, which is expected since the entire compressor is in the room instead of hanging out of the window. The noise is not that bad though, it just is not as quiet as a window unit if you are used to that. The unit seems to have great air flow, and cooled our room quickly. The louvers can be set to oscillate to spread out airflow. Controls are very easy to use, and the temperature display is on top and front of the unit which is nice to see from across the room.

[Rewarded Review] Great unit, accessories seem cheap

For starters, this unit HEAVY - like any other air conditioning unit! The box is big and bulky, but thankfully it had plastic straps around it that you could use to manhandle the box into the house. To unpack, just remove the plastic straps and lift the top off. The unit and its pieces were well packed inside. The box ripped in transit, and luckily the unit didn't get scratched.
