Nice, but can stain

Great bags, just don't use red sauces in them as they stain.

Sold seal bags release seal while cooling, why?

@zwilling.ca Having a problem because the small bags seal but when then get cold the seal releases in the fridge. If the bags are only for freezer then state that otherwise give a reason they are not staying sealed.

These bags have helped make my produce last twice as long and I am very pleased with their performance and functionality.

I really like the Zwilling Fresh bags a lot better than the rolls. I don't need to pull out my big machine to vacuum & seal, I'll just use my slimline pump. I'll use the rolls if I run out of the bags.

Disappointed

We bought a set and 3 the bags failed to seal within 6 months. The seal on 2 bags ripped. We discovered that the bags should be pried open by prying the bags open with your fingers firmly against the seal and not at the top of the bag. Another bag developed a small. Some bags take multiple times before they wink reseal after opening. Asked for replacement but was told that the bags have no warranty

Extremely Poor Customer Service

I have been using the Zwilling system for several years now. Have been pleased up until now. I purchased multiple boxes of these bags over the past year. Just opened a new box and four (4) of the ten (10) bags in the "newly opened" box were of no use. The fixture on the bag that the vacuum attaches to broke away from the bags when I tried to remove the air. Zwilling has come up with every excuse imaginable as to why they are not covered by any warranty that might be offered. I have been told that these bags all have to be inspected as soon as they are received. As I have told them, this damage would not be visible until you had food in them and were attaching the vacuum. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to test out each bag as soon as they purchase them. These bags were brand new and were being used for the very first time since their purchase several months ago. I am attaching a photo showing what happened to the bags when I tried attaching the vacuum. I am certainly not a happy customer at this point and would definitely not recommend Zwilling right now based on their customer service alone.

Good alternative

The bags are really good quality and we use them daily. They are a bit difficult to clean and after a while they do break but it beats the alternative of single use bags.

I purchased the large size ... they are Large!!! Should have also purchased the Medium size ...they are great ...keeps my food longer in the freezer

Bad Quality

The bags leak. I have only had one or two that seal properly out of an entire box, but when I went to reuse them, they leaked as well. The material is way too thin and they develop pin holes too easily, as I filled them with water to find out why they were leaking. Zwilling REALLY need to develop a bag with a thicker material, like every other product uses. I'm angry now that I wasted all of this money on something that doesn't work, and now I have to go buy something else.
