Used 3 times, digital timer melted!

I used this 3 times and after the last 6 hour cook, the digital timer melted. It can not be used and QVC will not do anything about a replacement, there is no manufacture warranty. I am so bummed, since it was a little expensive. First and last time buying something on QVC!

Was happy to find this as I am a huge FRIENDS fan. There was an imperfection in the coating of the inside pot I was concerned about, but could not exchange it since it was out. I used it once already without issue, so I am going to trust it is not an issue.

Super cute. The box was beat up pretty bad but no damage so I'm happy with the purchase.

Friends Slow Cooker

Very disappointed in the quality. First time I used it the rubber foot fell off- now the crock pot is lopsided. Thought you could digitally control the temp for better control. Very expensive and doesn't cook any better than my old crockpot.

Love it! I know these sold out quick, I was soo happy to be able to get my hands on one. Slight issue with shipping damage but Select brands took care of it right away!
