Shipping was very quick. Very easy to put the Anna and Elsa stand together. It was a hit at my niece’s birthday party.

Terrible customer service and cheap product

The cut out came with a hole in the center of Elsa's dress. I tried contacting customer service numerous times with zero luck.

Our library had a Frozen Party and these really set the theme. (I bought all the characters and placed them along the entry to "greet" our patrons. They were very well packaged and easy to set up. Looked just as good as the advertisement. Everyone wanted to get their picture with the life-sized characters.
