NOT 80 inches

These mattress slept ok. We bought them to make a king. They measured only 75 inches. Clearly marked as XL kings that should be 80 inches. Ended up returning them and the service manager was very kind and helpful.

POOR QUALITY AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased 3 of these sets in February 2023. These are not comfortable mattresses. However, the larger issue is that one set has a huge bulge on the side where the springs have moved sideways. Per Sealy this is covered under warranty. However, warranty is handled by Penney's. Penney's is absolutely NOT HELPFUL. I was told I had to pay to have the damaged mattress returned to them. Then, I could either do without a mattress until a claim was set-up when they received the mattress and a determination was made about coverage/a new mattress sent or I could purchase a new mattress and hope for a refund of both the shipping and new mattress cost. This is like having no warranty. I am seriously angry. A year and a half later and I am purchasing new mattresses for all family members. Never again Sealy and for sure never again Penney's.

I would buy this product again and again.

Purchased for my teenage son's room. He loves the comfort of the mattress. The mattress is not too soft or too firm. A great quality mattress from a trusted brand. I would purchase again if needed.

I love this mattress

I am so happy with this mattress. No more back pain when I wake up. It gets better with every day. So comfortable. Dave D at PC Richard’s in Brick was exceptional. He took the time, understood my needs, had me try several mattresses in order for me to select the one that met my exacting needs. Delivery was free, awesome and on time. A great customer experience.

Love but narrow?

The mattress itself is amazing but doesn't actually fill the base of the king size bed. I guess you need to look at measurements of both when ordering. I may have and thought it wouldn't be that big of a deal. Obviously you can't see it when it's made, but it does pose a small but specific problem. The space you see is equal on both sides. So mattress does shift w certain activities as it's not being held in place due to its narrowness compared to bed frame. This also causes the planks to move slightly as they are not held down by velcro; just a few screws (that's an entirely diff review)

Finally a good night's sleep!

We have a '22 Grand Design 2970rl Imagine travel trailer. The mattress that comes with new rv's leave a lot to be desired. Even with a 3" memory foam topper we needed better. Slumberland supplied us with a great Sealy mattress and it fits our camper like a glove. Do yourself a favor and ditch the original rv mattress and get a good night's sleep.
