distributer lied about shipping in order not to exchange it. They said it had shipped when it actually shipped 3 days later.

No choice on delivery date. Delivery Date changed

No show on delivery date, no call from Fedex letting me know. Waited all day. Next day delivered to apartment building and didn't call me. Left at front door, in the rain. I was waiting at the delivery entrance in the back of the builing for two hours. No call from anyone!

this is such a nice mattress. its not too hard %26 not too soft. its very comfortable. would definitely buy again. it comes in a small package but unfolds to full size as soon as you cut it open.

Eh it’s ok

I have had this since September 2023 and already the padding has disappeared. I feel springs everywhere. I’m sure you can get something better for this price. I definitely wish I had bought something else because this is disappointing. I wish I could get my money back.

Disappointing

I bought this one to replace the Lucid memory foam one I had just bought. It has coils and memory foam. Does not squish down as bad as the Lucid, but you can feel the coils. would not buy again. not really worth the price, might as well get a slightly pricier mattress that's not "in a box".

If all you need is a mattress, great. If you like soft mattresses great. The one I purchased was advertised as firm.. It was not.

No Support

You get what you paid for. No support!! When you sit at the end of the bed the entire edge collapses.

Ok for the price

This mattress has a strong off gassing smell that does not go away. The top pad is thin enough that you can feel the springs when you sleep on it. It's ok for the price. I put a cover on it to trap in the smell, and had to buy a mattress topper, now it's dooable. I have had this mattress for over a year now and it has held up well. It has not bowed in at all and is the same as when I bought it. But as far as comfort and possible toxicity goes, it's not too good. But if you just need a cheap clean mattress then this will do.
