Good looking, but quality is not as expected! Little bit overpriced

Won’t last

This was a beautiful bed, simple enough to assemble, but unfortunately did not last. The side bars no longer remained attached as the wood split. Poor quality.

Bad Fulfillment/Shipping

We received boxes 1 of 3 and 3 of 3. The manufacturer/fulfillment just did not ship box 2. Home Depot issued a refund and told us to order it again so the fulfillment center could try again. Second delivery was boxes 1 of 3 and 3 of 3 again. And in spite of the fact the box said "white" the pieces inside were black and covered in deep gouges and scratches. Home Depot issued another refund and we are not going to try for a third time.

Average quality and bad instructions.

What a disappointment! I was so excited when I ordered it, was really looking forward to arrive. It arrived on time, it had all screws (50 or more) just wrapped in paper with a string. I had to put them separate them and figure out the right alphabet from the instructions. The instructions were really non existent, you have look at the picture and guess. They gave exact number of screws, no spare.one of the screw for the leg didn't fit and the leg is loose, I will have to super glue it. It took us 3 hours to assemble it. The base support should have been in the center but it's off, check the picture. They should have provided extra beam for the support, holes are drilled but no support leg. There were couple of scratches that they tried fixing it with a pen, it looks bad. For the price I expected better. I want to return it but it's such a hassle.

I was really excited about ordering this bed for my guest room.. it gets two stars from me because it arrived opened on my drive way and also took about two hours and two people to assemble it. Other than that I like the bed and it is very sturdy.

Bed looks really nice and feels pretty sturdy. My only complaint is that it’s really hard to get the bottom bed out from underneath - it requires more than one person.
