great mattress for a great price!

I love the quality of Zinus mattresses for its affordable price! They have so many options to choose from to match your sleeping needs. The mattress was shipped in a fairly small and skinny box which made transporting it fairly easy. It's also super easy to set up as you just open up the packaging and let it inflate and that's it! I'm mainly a side sleeper and I love this mattress so far!

I recently updated my mattress for my little one with this one by Zinus and it is absolutely amazing! The mattress came in a box and was wrapped in plastic so I was pleasantly surprised with just how fast the mattress expands to its shape! It was quite impressive! This mattress is super comfortable. The padded top of the mattress provides great support. The quality of this mattress is incredible, it looks and feels luxurious! If you are looking for a new mattress, I definitely recommend this iCoil Hybrid Mattress by Zinus!

Comfy but very warm!

The mattress is comfortable and I sleep well on it but it holds all of the heat. I will wake up in a sweat nearly every night. I purchased it in September so I thought it was just too hot in my apartment but now through winter it has remained so hot at night despite my room being around 62 degrees. I sleep with just a sheet and I've even started sleeping with the window open. Im looking into a cooling topper or something but if you are a warm sleeper Id definitely find another option. I purchased the 13" but that wasn't an option to select.

Not firm

I spent a long time comparing mattresses, specifications and reviews before deciding on this one due to the description and claims that it was firm. So, naturally I'm extremely disappointed that the mattress I received is so soft. I wake up sunk into it and with a sore neck and hips. I also think it's interesting that the instructions said to open it right away to avoid damage/problems getting it to expand, but the slip inside says it was manufactured appropriately a year and a half ago. There's definitely a more sunken area in the middle, which makes me wonder if it sat rolled up in a warehouse somewhere all that time. If that's the case, I doubt opening it right away makes any difference. Regardless, the mattress was advertised as firm and it is far from that. So, I guess I bought myself a very nice looking, useless (to me), large and impossible to return, but too expensive to keep item.

Very poor quality and no longevity

During the initial days of purchase the feel of the mattress was good. But slowly it lost its cushion on both sided of the mattress and in one year it feels like sleeping in a pit. By the way I am 180 pounds and my wife is 130 pounds. We rotated the mattress every few months and the by the end of one year the mattress is not usable. Instead of relieving pressure as the name suggests, it adds pressure on the back and created back pain. Horrible quality and the Zinus warranty is useless. I will never trust Zinus again.

So Close... Yet So Far

The first five months on this mattress were some of the best sleep of my life!! Then after then, the mattress began to sink in the middle. Now 7 months in, I'm tossing and turning as I did before, waking up with aches, climbing out of the dip in the center of the mattress each morning, and back to the search for a reliable mattress. So disappointing after such a great first few months.

the corner wouldn't stand up refund was denied

this mattress was what i needed cause it was rolled and we had an upstairs room with a very small staircase. the staircase supports a chair lift cause i am disabled. the mattress had to go thru a window in its factory rolled form. i kept it well over 30 days to attempt to get the corner bounced out and be supportive. it never came up. i have to cut the bed into pieces in order to remove it from the room thru a window. they wouldn't refund me without a return. i can't do that and there is no way i could haul it out without hiring help help to cut the bed up in order to remove it through the window in pieces. when I purchase the bed I thought that the quality would be great and I was disappointed in the fact that it never fully expanded to its full potential. I tried to contact customer service to have it refunded and explain the situation but it was damaged or something and it didn't fully expand. I was transferred around and juggled about and was told that somebody could help me each time and when I was transferred each time the other person couldn't help so I ended up having to keep the mattress lose out on my money and have to hire someone to cut it up to remove it from my home all because I got a faulty mattress and Walmart wanted their used mattress back in order to refund me when clearly it was damaged prior to me receiving it.

Best mattress ever!

I’ve bought three of these mattresses now. They are the most comfortable and supportive mattresses I’ve ever slept on. I have chronic pain and I’m a larger person. This mattress has maintained its supportive firmness for three and a half years. My son has the same mattress. I’m ordering a twin for the living room. So glad I checked while it’s on sale! If you need soft but firm enough to support your spine, this is it.

Euro Top Hybrid Mattress 12"

Bed arrived in good shape (yes, it's heavy). Nice quality materials and comfortable. The only issue I have is that one side of the mattress seems to be firmer than the other half. Not sure if it's just me, but I prefer a firmer mattress, so I swung it around and it does feel firmer. I see no difference in appearance, so it could just be how my body felt the 1st few days on the new mattress.

Pressure Increase and Waking Up In More Pain

I really like Zinus products, but this mattress is the exception. My family has Zinus foundations and two have Zinus mattresses they like. I previously had the Cloud mattress I got from Walmart a few years ago and was hoping this one would be more comfortable, but I was wrong. This mattress is just too firm and the Euro Top doesn't really help alleviate pressure and the firmness of the mattress at all. I have Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis and a comfortable mattress is very important. This mattress is like sleeping on the floor with no padding. Hopefully, I can exchange it for something else, because I am waking up with more pain than I went to bed with.

2nd time purchaser, not happy with new hybrid Zinu

This is my second mattress from Zinus. The first one we bought was perfect. Plush, soft, comfortable.This second mattress is a hybrid coil - memory foam version. Have had it one month and can already tell the difference in quality. My husband and I are both tossing and turning all night. This bed hurts my hips, as i am a side sleeper. I cant believe we wasted our money.

Pressure Relief Euro Top iCoil Hybrid Mattress

This is our 3rd Pressure Relief Euro Top icoil Mattress. We have bought 2 king and 1 queen mattress's. I had never bought a mattress online before, but read all the reviews prior to buying and decided to give it a try and ordered. I have to say I was really surprised how comfortable this mattress was. I had spinal fusion surgery in 2015 and really needed a supportive mattress that was firm but soft at the same time. This was it. After we bought it I can say my favorite part of the day was when I could go to bed and lay on this mattress that supported but cuddled my body. The first king mattress we had lasted about 7 years and started to sag a bit where we continually laid. Gave it to my daughter and bought a new king and am happy again with our purchase. The queen was purchased for a spare guest room. Everyone that has slept on it also say's how comfortable it is. For the price point you can not beat this mattress. You have to buy a new mattress at around 10 years anyway. I would rather spend 4-5 hundred dollars on one of these mattress's than the super expensive high dollar mattress's that have to be replace too. If your considering buying one of these mattress's you won't be sorry. We love it!!

Take the chance!

This bed is flippin' awesome. We had tried one at a friend's house that we stayed at but I was still skeptical to buy something sight unseen. Then when Zinus had the President's Day sale I said "Screw it! I'm buying it!" It took about 3 full days to fully form from being vacuum packed and after that the bed is HUGE! I love it. We've had a CA King size bed for the last 10 years and we decided to get the standard King this time around and it seems ginormous! I can't be any happier with this purchase. I'm a super light sleeper (like so light a mouse could fart and it would wake me up) so putting this mattress on a solid platform makes it so I can't feel any movement on the bed (husband moving around, cats jumping on and off the bed, etc). So much better than the Serta iComfort that we had before. I recommend this mattress and this company to everyone!

Good low-cost firm mattress

This mattress is both firm and comfortable. I previous had the Pressure Relief Euro Top Extra Firm Hybrid Mattress and found that it was too firm and uncomfortable. I replaced it with this mattress and I've been pleased. My only complaints are that the edges of the mattress are too soft -- the mattress collapses when I sit on the edge. The second is that the mattress doesn't have a lot of structure so I found it difficult to rotate. I flipped the mattress off my bed recently to install a bed skirt and the mattress had a hard time staying upright by itself. This is probably a function of being designed to be rolled up and shipped. If this mattress had stronger edges, and handles on the sides for easier rotating, it would be perfect.

Just bought my second one

the first one I purchased was a couple years ago for our second bedroom. I loved napping on it because that bedroom has a big tree shading the window during the day. So our main $1600 name brand mattress that we have had for 6 years has had low spots in it for over a year, and neither one of us can get a good nights sleep. So I'm sticking to my experience with my previous Zinus mattress experience, and ordered a second one. It may be a little still when you buy on compared to your old soft mattress, but give it a week, and you'll love it.

Extremely firm, not comfortable at all

Unfortunately this is the hardest bed I’ve ever laid on. There is no ‘give’, no softness and it cause me to have pain in my shoulders and back. It’s been about a month and I don’t think this is the right bed for me. I thought a firm bed would be better but apparently this is not right. Not sure how so many people find this master’ mattress comfortable.

Defective mattress, uncomfortable, bad service

This mattress arrived fairly quickly and wasn’t super hard to set up. Unfortunately mine came with a glob of glue right in the center.

Good mattress. Give it the full 72 hours to expand

I carefully search reviews before making a mattress purchase. This mattress had more good reviews than bad. So far so good after almost 2 weeks. It is so comfortable...supportive, but not too firm, and yet not too soft. It is a Euro top, which isn't quite as thick as a pillow top, and I expected that. I sleep fairly well on it, and my back doesn't hurt nearly as bad when I wake up in the morning. Now, this is a bed in a box, so it's vacuum sealed when you get it. Make sure it's on the frame/box spring when you lay it out and open it. It will start to expand immediately. But...you HAVE to give it the full 72 hours required before sleeping on it to give it the best chance of expanding fully. This mattress is 12" thick. The sides are not as firm as the middle, which shouldn't matter if you don't spend a lot of time sitting on the side of the bed. After 2 weeks, I can't say I'm disappointed yet. But we'll see as time goes on. If I can provide an update later, I will. Photos posted are after 48 hours, and then after 72 hours when I finally made the bed so I could sleep in it.

Great at first, back pain after 3 months

We were so excited for this mattress. Customer service interactions were great and once we received the bed, we were pleased with the simple setup.

Great mattress!

My husband and I had purchased a mattress from a different company, that claimed to sleep "cool" for being a memory foam mattress. That mattress left us in more pain than when we went to bed, and slept EXTREMELY hot. As someone with a skin condition (Eczema) and RLS, I cannot do hot mattresses. I decided to give Zinus a try, after a friend of ours recommended them. We LOVE this mattress! While it did arrive with a manufacturer stain on it and getting a replacement has been a bit of a hassle thanks to FedEx, we are by no means mad or disappointed with Zinus. This company has been nothing but amazing to us, and we really appreciate the effort they are putting in to make things right for us. We love this mattress! We're not waking up in pain anymore, I'm not sweating bullets while I sleep, it doesn't aggravate my Eczema or RLS since it doesn't sleep hot, it's soft and plush but it's also quite firm, which I think is what we needed in a mattress. I'm so happy to have made this purchase! I originally wanted the Green Tea Cooling i-Coil mattress, but it wouldn't stay in stock long enough for me to purchase it xD Will definitely be purchasing mattresses and foundations for my children when they need bigger beds!
