terrible product

The foam mattress only last 8 month, before the foam started having large indentation that made the mattress useless. Additional the Allstate warranty, woukd not honor the warranty, The customer service rep. informated that it only cover mattress stain, Due to the mattress that would have protected me, that was included in my purchase of the mattress warranty and never sent. Therefore, I would never recommend either the foam matress, the Allstate warranty or specifically Targert.com.

Great product, easy to open and watch it expand! It's not as comfortable as a high end mattress but for the price and for our guest room, it is perfect!

It says medium plush but it’s more of a medium soft mattress. I tried to get use to it but when I decided to return it, it was pasted the return time.

Very hard for a Memory Foam Mattress

I've had many memory foam mattresses (most came from Walmart) and this is the first one that I've had a problem with. I thought it felt a little hard when I first got it. After about a month, I started having shoulder pain in both my shoulders. I thought it was from work. Then I went on vacation and slept in a different bed for a week and the shoulder pain instantly disappeared. As soon as I came back home, my shoulders started hurting after just a few days (I'm a side sleeper). The mattress doesn't have any give and it's like sleeping on a hard floor.

I purchased this for my son’s apart and it is better than I expected. It fluffed up quickly and it didn’t have a smell. He used it the same night we opened it. I would buy this again.

I’m happy and pleased to have been able to shop at BCP once again for another 12” medium firm green tea with charcoal gel mattress. This is my second purchase of the same mattress, not because the first one failed, but because it was so good that I knew I wanted another mattress for my guest bedroom! My visitors raved on how comfortable their night was and asked me what type of mattress is one the bed. When I tell them it’s from BCP, I get the shocked response! Folks, don’t let this mattress slip by, if you’re in the market for one, buy it…you won’t be disappointed! And no, this is not a sponsored rating but a real experience rating!

Cheap Quality Bad Business

I’ve had this mattress for four months and the mattress is already breaking down. Not to mention that it’s advertised as cooling and it absolutely does not keep you cool! And upon contacting this company they offer no warranty on the mattress at all! I would not recommend this or anything else from this company.
