My initial box spring for my mattress wouldn't fit up my stairs into my home, so I had to purchase the split spring. Way more convenient and fit into my bed frame perfectly!

Disappointed

Upon receiving these box springs I was terribly disappointed… for some reason you all will not accept my phone calls so while the boxes where out side my apartment door I used my caregiver’s phone because when I went online to do a return…it said that item was not returnable…I hadn’t even opened the boxes… upon using my caregiver’s phone I spoke to a customer service representative by the name of Elizabeth…she said that if I couldn’t use them then I could trash them because they where not returnable… so where is my refund…. I am a disabled senior and they were entirely to low…. In spite of me not being able to get through on my phone I still purchase with you all as needed… this is not fair so I would like my refund of $298… I did exactly what Elizabeth said do… you could have at least lest me exchange them for a better quality and height

have not received items they say it was delivered 1 day ago but was not and i called last night and the person i talked to from wall mart saidit was but it was not i want a full refund

It exceeded my expectations because I never used a split mattress before. The weight was perfect for me to handle alone and the ease of getting it to the second floor was a breeze.

I didn’t even know you could get a split box spring so very happy that Walmart carried it at a better price than competitors.
