[Rewarded Review] Very warm!

I’ve never had an actual down filled comforter before and wow this thing is warm! It’ll be perfect through the cold months as I prefer to sleep in colder temps and just bundle up in blankets. I will say it is a little too warm for the current weather where I live so I’ll be putting this away until it gets colder. Overall, feels like good quality and it washed and dried well. I can feel the feathers at time but it doesn’t bother me much.

This blanket is like a hybrid of a blanket and a comforter. It’s not bulky like a comforter but it’s definitely more substantial than a blanket. It’s described as four-season, but I suppose that being true will depend on your ideal sleep temperature & the climate where you live. Where I live, it would be too warm to sleep with this in the summer in any capacity, and in the winter I would need another blanket or two to be warm enough. The material is not very soft & many of the feathers are already poking out making it feel scratchy. For those reasons I will likely use this as more of a top layer for warmth in the winter. I do like that it is easy to care for (machine wash gentle cycle & tumble dry low) and that it looks crisp and bright like a hotel bed.

This is a great blanket! It is goose feather and down filled which is really nice for cooler weather. It is described as a blanket for four seasons, but I think I will be using it more for in-between weather in the fall and spring. I live in a cooler climate, so it wouldn’t be warm enough for winter on its own (but like the item description states, it could be used as an additional layer). It’s October as I write this review, and I’ve been using it for the last few days and have really been liking it. I got a king size, and the fit is perfect for our king-sized bed. I love that’s it OEKO-TEX certified, and it’s also supposed to be machine washable which is convenient. I think this is a solid choice for a down blanket — it’s simple but seems well-constructed and provides a good amount of warmth. I would recommend!

I received this product for free in exchange for my opinion. This blanket looks really nice on our bed. It is super thin and doesn’t seem like it will hold any warmth, but we used it last night and ended up getting very hot during the night! It is somewhat hard to the touch - that’s probably because of the feathers, and also why I took off a star. It’s comfortable with our sheet however. Overall, I like it.

This four seasons filled blanket is on the thin side but that is fine with me since I am always hot. Looks to be well made. Fits good on my king size bed with some extra space hanging on the sides.

Minimal amount of down

Not meet my quality what I supposed, more than 90% feathers and little down. The feathers piking out and pokes your body, hand,..... I will send back. Buy only 100% down and not the mix one.

The fabric stunk so badly, I had to throw it out. I washed it with extra fabric softener and dried it with dryer sheets. The smell was so foul, I smelled it from two rooms away. It went in the garbage today. A fine waste of my money and no blanket!!

This is a very thin spread. It’s very pokey and scratchy. I’m definitely disappointed as I was hoping for some warmth being down filled. It is a bright white which looks good, but not really much good as a useful blanket for warmth.

This is a wonderful blanket. It is warm while being lightweight. Most down comforters and blankets tend to have the filling bunch up in one end or corner. That has not been the case with this blanket.

I'm so very pleased with my True North by Sleep Philosophy Goose Feather and Down Filling Blanket. I was looking for a light blanket that really could keep me warm. This blanket is perfectly what I wanted. It lays on you so comfortably and keeps the heat in so I'm nice and comfy cozy all night. I can easily see this blanket being a year round blanket for me
