Its a nice stand for the price. But I was a little disappointed because its a little smaller than I expected and the color doesn't look exactly like the color in the photo and the fireplace didn't come with a remote control. But overall its a nice stand for a small apartment and the perfect size for a child's room. It wasn't too difficult to put together but time consuming.

Poor quality

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. After assembling it, the fireplace lights stopped working after one week. The heater still worked, but no fake flame lights. I disassembled the backplate of the fireplace unit and found the printed circuit board for the LED lights was charred and is not replaceable either. Pretty disappointed to say the least given the price and it only working for a week. Will be inquiring about a refund or replacement.

Wrong hole placement

While assembling, I come to realize that the boards needing to attach to the top part of the console only have one hole instead of two holes. I can’t even continue putting it together until I have new parts delivered. Who knows when that will be. Very frustrating.

Cute but doesn’t heat

I love this (it perfect size for my space…BUT it doesn’t put out heat. I can’t figure out how to contact the company to get a replacement. The issue is… I added trim pieces and glued it to add stability, so I can’t really just “return” it

Shelves

Building it was a little confusing, and we weren’t able to put the shelves in. Then we tried to put the shelves in at the end, but it was too late. We would’ve had to take apart the entire thing. So we just threw them away. Kind of a waste of money if you tell me.

good purchase for what i paid

i only spent $132 on black friday for this. i don’t know that i would have wanted to pay full price and be satisfied with it.

Exactly what I wanted

I live in a small apartment. It fits perfectly. A lot of pieces. Took 2 guys almost an hour. But well worth it if you have the patience.

Works great until it doesn’t

Absolutely loved it. Great size and subtle yet appealing. Gives off enough heat to heat up a room but not overheat the house. Unfortunately mine stopped working exactly a year after having it. A little disappointed but you get what you pay for.

Spend $15 extra and buy the one that Walmart sells

So the 1st issue that some might actually find it more of a great thing which is, they mailed me a bigger size than what was ordered. I specifically ordered from this seller due the the size they offered because it would have fit perfectly where I wanted to put it. I ordered the smaller sized one and received the size up from it. 2nd issue, boy where to start, I wasn’t expecting much for the price BUT the quality of this is less then then pricing. Plan on having to paint it to hide the many flaws, stains, and lack of surface in certain areas. It’s not like a typical melamine board like you would think. Instead it’s particleboard with a thin layer of the white stuff on top. So spots had bled through the white topcoat.. hope that makes since. And all those black smudges you will see, that doesn’t wipe off its an area that the white topcoat is so thin the underside is showing through. Also note that the instructions emphasizes the importance of not having anything else plugged into the wall out that you plan on plugging you fireplace into. So as most people, if you plan on using this under your tv, per the instructions it is basically saying you should not be plugging your tv in the same wall outlet that you plug the fireplace into. Well that’s stupid. So I hope your home has another outlet near by. Or just ignore the warnings that it gives. The pic I have added is after me painting it and adding my own legs to it. I added a layer of shellac primer before painting it so all those spots that were bleeding through their topcoat wouldn’t also bleed through my paint. Personally I wish I had spent the extra $15 and bought the one that Walmart stocks and sells instead of buying from this third party seller. The Walmart one was a few inches bigger in depth then this one which is why I picked the one, definitely regretted it. I know someone who purchased the other one and it’s a huge difference in the quality! Mine took a lot of time, effort, and more money in materials to get it to look like it does now.

I bought them 2 parts were damaged. I took it back to Walmart but they told me this a third party company and I have to contact them to return it. I emailed the company which they asked to send them pictures of the damaged parts so they can replace them but they never did. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks without a response. I don’t recommend buying it at all.

GREAT Quality and Excellent Fireplace!

Amazing quality, so impressed! It takes about 2.5 hrs to put it fully together if you do it by yourself. The materials are very high quality, and the fireplace works great! This fireplace puts out a lot of heat- it can heat an entire bedroom in about 10-15 mins. Definitely grab this for the price!
