Bad customer service and plastic nails
At first I was loving this product. I contacted the manufacturer because I was short on the plastic nails so I contacted them. They expect copies, pictures, lot number and forms filled out. They are probably $ .20 so I said screw it. It's a $23 dollar shelf?
No screws, plastic dowel like fasteners.
I bought 2 from this maker, Furrino. The white one had brass screws and real nails. This wood looking one had plastic dowel type things that you forced into holes and plastic “nails” to hold the back on. Plastic parts kept breaking while assembling.
