Great Rug!

Nice runner! We love the pattern, but the overall rug is very nice. Originally received the wrong rug, but they made up for it immediately! I would deal with this company again. Quick, efficient, and trustworthy. The rug is a nice quality, and well worth the money we paid. As a runner it doesn't need a pad, but if it were larger that would make it ever more comfortable. If I needed another rug, I would definitely order it from RugsUSA!

Quality has gone Downhill

First the color is delightful.

Exactly what we were looking for

Since it is important to review a product in the context of what you are looking for, I want to be specific about our expectations. We wanted a bright and "happy" accent rug that matched the colors and decor of our nursery. With regard to these parameters, the rug met our expectations. We got the yellow version which is a cheery mix of a bright yellow and a hint of gold. This color balances nicely so that it is not a washed out yellow nor a dull hue. This means that for our purposes it is perfect and thus I awarded 5 stars. That being said, if we were looking for a thick, high quality rug that I intended to lay on or stand on for hours then I would have given this rug 3 stars. However, based on the description, I knew that this was more of a "novelty" rug for decor purposes and I would use a washable baby blanket for comfort and softness if I had the baby on the floor. Ultimately, the value of this rug is determined by your expectations - if you, like me, want something relatively inexpensive, super cute and don't expect this to outlast the nursery phase, then it's perfect. If you want something high quality, soft, padded and long-lasting then this probably isn't the product for you - stick to Safavieh (the Hudson Shag Collection is especially soft and high-quality) or even some Nuloom rugs (we have a couple of the Classie Solid Shag Rugs which are fun colors and decent quality). Significantly underwhelming

RugsUSA was recommended to me by a friend, and the rug online looked gorgeous. I loved the feature to “see it in your room” and it looked like a perfect fit to me. Shipping went well, and the rug arrived in good condition. However, it doesn’t really look like the one online. The colours are dull, and the “white” is a cream that looks really dirty. When I unrolled it on my floor I was left with a “ugh” kind of feeling. Had I seen this anywhere in real life, I never would have considered it. I have to assume the pictures online have been photoshopped to make them look much richer and sharper than they currently are. So obviously I am sending it back, which, sadly, comes at my own cost. They say they make it easy, but the option to print a label and pre-pay through the website was also unavailable, so I’m scared to see what it’s going to cost when I bring it back to the post office tomorrow. Wasn’t worth the risk. Given the money lost and the lack lustre rug, I would never consider ordering sight-unseen again. Maybe other people are less picky, or maybe other products are more true to picture, but this left me very disappointed.

BEAUTIFUL!!

I am so happy with this rug! It arrived a day ahead of schedule (bonus!), and even though we had to leave it rolled up for an additional week due to moving, it only took one day (with a dinning room chair on each corner) to lay flat. It is nice and thick with a plush pile that holds up well when you walk on it. The Navy color is very rich (not at all royal, a deep true navy), and the white and gray really pop. The different colors are cut slightly different so that there is a discernible difference...you can tell that it's a well made rug and each color was inserted separately, not a sold cheap rug that has had a pattern dyed onto it. We actually ended up moving some things around and changing our minds about our living room color before it came in... but it's so stinking beautiful, we decided to redecorate the dinning room and use it there! I actually posted a picture online of a piece of furniture we are selling.. no one asked about the cabinet, but 3 ppl wanted to buy the rug it was sitting on! Very well made, and I feel like it was a bargain price for such a large rug. Highly recommend.
