Beautiful products!

We have just installed this brand of products in our new house, and we are excited to use them. We have seen a few of these stoves in other homes, and have heard very good things about them- we are excited to try it out!

Beautiful

Stove is beautiful and came well protected and no damage. I love the french doors, I am a baker and find them more convenient, less heat loss because doors don’t stay open as long.

Extremely good looking!

We just installed this freestanding range on an island. It looks amazing. Everything is well made. Came boxed like a bullet proof car. A couple of things I'm not super happy with are: 1. The venting on the back sticks out 2" above the countertop and the rest of the range. Wouldn't be a problem, if the back of the vent were covered in the same brushed stainless as the venting. Also the oven depth is a bit shallow. 16" pizzas don't quite fit in the oven, but we will manage.

Worked great for 5 days, then the front right igniter stopped working.

Stove broke first time using it.

After using the oven it would not turn off. So I opened the front and it fell off its hinges while hot.

Amazing Stove

Love this stove and how it looks in our new house!

Issues

Had multiple issues with our new oven. Missing parts, igniter burnt up, now oven is putting off soot.

So far it’s excellent

I’ve had it for a very short time. We haven’t used it enough to leave a tasteful review.

Warranty issues

It's been 4 weeks and no warranty help. They say they will replace the range if can't get service resolved. They say they dont have a ticket. I sent emails after emails and no help. Well, I'm still waiting

BEAUTIFUL

Beautiful range. Looks professional. Burner option for 'low' could be lower but so far not a problem. We paired it with a Forno hood.

Stove top issues

After a year started having issues with the stove top not lighting.

Worst customer service

Be careful buying from this company name. You will find yourself in a dispute with the customer service for warranty issues. I have purchased a Forno range and had a problem with it. I asked to service the range and they immediately tried to blame me for the issue. I called Home Depot and they honored the return and allowed me to exchange it. I had another problem with the other range. The first one was the oven and the second one are the burners. I sent them pictures and videos. It took forever to get them to answer. When they did, they said that the burners are running high because your gas company pressure. I never had a burner issue with the other one or any other range I had in the past. After going back and forth, they finally requested service to repair. It's been 2 weeks going on 3 weeks. No repair as of yet. Shame I me for trusting them the second time. This company customer service is terrible. I forgot to tell that I have some scratches on the range and discoloration on the oven door. They said they wont send them until they hear from the service repair person. Wow, I'm a liar as well. Even pictures are a liars.

The oven quality is amazing and purchasing it through Best Buy was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and they loaded my 350 pound oven in my truck For me. The stove and oven is ver durable and professional quality.

Range top heats up fast

Wish the oven would let you know when it reaches temperature. There is no timer.
