Missing a nut and a washer. The wheels wobble even after tightening bolts etc.
Walmart customer service call three times they refused to refund the price of the item that we did not get because someone stole it as it was put in the wrong place than specified during the order.
Missing Parts
We purchased two, put one together before we went on vacation, and it seems fine so far. We got back and started the second one and there was the frame, 4 flat tires and no basket or hardware to put the cart together.
The instruction sheet was blurry and way to small to read. It was hard to put together and on top of that there were parts missing. I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Arrived late, repackaged and missing all the hardware.
It was easy to assemble. And it fitted my entire 300 foothills that I have.
Needs work to be a better product.
The cart is nice, but it needs a locking mechanism so that when you wind the hose up, it doesn’t unwind itself like mine did.
Many problems
After spending a few hours trying to figure out the tiny assembly instructions, I got the cart together- only to discover that one of the tires was flat. I actually went to Harbor Freight %26 bought a replacement wheel- only to discover that the axel is actually bent as well. Most disappointing is the fact that if I try to wind up a hose on the reel, it completely twists up the leader hose to the faucet. I give up. I cannot be happy with this purchase.
Missing parts and can’t contact the seller for help
Multiple Parts Missing and Related Box Looked Like it was 3-5 Years in Storage
Axle missing along with multiple hardware pieces. Bit amazing. I don’t mind putting something together. Shipping company left the box that was coming apart on our front porch and was not shocked after opening that most flimsly corrugaged box, lookibg like it was made using recycled cardboard.
Its a simple device with one function but seems to be designed well for its job.

Easy to assemble and actually holds 300 ft. of garden hose. The large rubber tires work great when pulling around the yard and drive. I have been using it trouble free for several months now.
