Dying plant

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Gardenia Bonsai Large plant I recently ordered for a friend's grandmother's funeral. Unfortunately, the plant arrived in very poor condition. More than half of the leaves are yellow and have started to fall off. Additionally, there are no flower buds, which is contrary to the description and pictures on your website.

Beautiful Gardenia Bonsai. Received in excellent condition. Fast shipping. The plant has already produced flowers, Love it!

Not the way it was advertised!!

I sent this plant to a cousin----I was VERY disappointed that there were no Flowers what so ever on the plant!!

Came broken and no flowers

I was excited about this plant to arrive, it took a while and when it finally arrived it had zero flowers on it and the pot was broken.. now I need to back in to return it ..

Don’t buy

This tree is being sold as an indoor bonsai. It is not… Gardenias must be kept outside. I don’t know why they would advertise it in a incorrect way, other than they just want to profit or clearly have no experience with bonsai trees at all. Hate that I had to waste money to find this out.

Extremely disappointed

Ordered BLUE Squared potted Bonsai and received GREEN Oval potted Bonsai. This was a 22nd Wedding Anniversary gift for my wife which had many sentimental values attached to the Blue Color which is now meaningless. I contacted the Text Messaging service and called 800 # and NOBODY could help me fix this. Nobody was able to guarantee me that if I ordered it again, that I would get exactly what is being advertised on Home Depot website. All I can do is return it and shop elsewhere. So disappointed and deflating.
