LED vs. Halogen
Great alternative for the halogen bulbs that produce a lot of heat, and need replacing more frequently. The lighting effect is pleasing to the eye too!
Shop around if possible.
Didn't like each bulb was $8.00 had to drive to another Lowes to purchase them. The item did meet my requirements, but the price was a bit much for a bulb.
Too tall for fixture
The color of the light is ok. The bulb is taller than the original bulb, so the globe doesn't exactly fit back on correctly.

I bought these as a low wattage replacement for small halogen under-counter lights. Not only are they MUCH lower wattage, but they are much much cooler. The halogen bulbs would heat the contents of the cabinets above them.

This light works, but you can get 10 G9 lights $9 do rather than $9 for this one light.
