Remote failed

Remote fail. Bought this at Lowe’s an hour ago to replace a regular one and while it works on white mode just fine the remote is completely useless so I don’t get my colors which is why I bought it and I just don’t feel like taking it all the way back to Lowe’s so bummed

Manufacturing Defect

The bulbs will not connect to the Bluetooth and remote control. They are stuck on the color red and can't change to other colors.GE PAR38 RGB BulbsCould not contact the company because website would not take the product code.

The bulbs work as advertised, Lowes are at fault,

I purchased 2 of these bulbs; ordering online from Lowes. Both bulbs must of been sold before and returned as most of the information was missing ie: instructions. Both the remotes that come with the bulbs were out of the package and neither would operate the bulbs. Fortunate for me I had previously purchased 2 bulbs prior to this purchasing these. My remotes did operate the additional 2 bulbs so decided to keep the bulbs as I needed 4, total. So disappointed by Lowes, to send out an inferior product, sold as new.

Beautiful colors, convenient remote

Easy to use, they each come with their own remote that have a variety of settings(including a dimmer) and colors(including a smooth transition between all of them as well). I put two in my floodlight outside because they’re in the same fixture they synced up and I only need to use one remote. I highly enjoy just leaving my switch on and using the remote to turn the light on/off. I’ve had them for about a week and it’s a 10/10 so far 😊

You can use the remote on more than one bulb.

I did not like that you can NOT dim the colored lights. Other than that great! You can dim the white light though.

What I have been looking for

Though not full color spectrum I love the concept of being able to control these lights by remote control and not wi-fi...been that route and always had issues with connectivity to outdoor lights that were not that close to wi-fi hub. I do not mind just going outside and pointing the remote at these lights to change color. If they last in northeast weather for a few years this is going to be a great bulb...I've bought a few of these and it's slightly crazy they provide remotes with each one...I have 8 now.

Love these lights! I love being able to switch colors for different holidays/seasons quick and easy with a remote.

Exactly what I wanted!

I have wanted color changing bulbs for my outdoor canned lights for years, but I didn't want to deal with smart bulbs since they're far away from my router. These bulbs are perfect! I like the fact you have to have the remote pointing directly at the light that way all 6 lights can be a different color. My house looks much more festive this Christmas!

Unhappy - bought two, with DIFFERENT functionality

I bought one at my local Lowe's last week, and was very happy with it. The included remote had a strobe/flash and a smooth/fade function (my preference, which worked very well for my Christmas lighting). The brochure said the remote could manage multiple bulbs.I decided to buy another bulb from Lowe's - a different store, because mine had run out - to see if I could have bulbs next to each other both fading in sync.The bulb I received today, which has the same part number (93128353), description (LED+15DP38M/RGBPW-1), and bar code (43168 52169) is NOT the same! Today's remote does not have the "flash" or "fade" functions, and the instruction sheet is slightly different. However, in looking at the boxes, the ONLY difference is that the "fade" box has PK-00103920-2, and the one with limited functionality has PK-00103920-1. There is no mention on the box of the "fade" function. The instruction sheet is different.This isn't what I wanted, and I have to decide if I'll drive 25 minutes to return the one I bought today, and look for a "-2" bulb there instead.Can't understand why this functionality would be different between two identically marketed products. I wouldn't have bought the second bulb if I had known. Nuts.GE/Savant, any suggestions? Less

Water gets inside the bulb

The lightbulb, color choices and remote are great, when the light works as designed. However, after only two weeks of outdoors use, water seeped into the bulb and shorted it out...a lot of water. Even though the box shows these bulbs being used outdoors, they don't appear to be built for that. It's going back.

Now own over 8 of these lights!

We have now bought over 8 of these lights to use throughout the holidays to light up our decorations. We also use them to light up our front porch and side of the house all year long. They work fantastic! Very bright, remote is super convenient but lags sometimes, great variety of colors to chose from!

Excellent Par38 LED bulbs

These bulbs are an excellent value even if you just want a good warm white light. The white LEDs are concentrated in the center of the bill and provide more of a spot as opposed to flood. Having color is a bonus for holidays and festive moments too. I just installed a dozen of these in stake fixtures around my house for up lighting and so far I have been very pleased. Time will tell if they hold up.Only downsides I see: only white is dimmable; wish there was a few more colors to choose from.

These bulbs are so fun! We bought 6 for the back yard and change/mix colors.

Holiday Lighting

It worked just like it was described! I was a little skeptical but we used these as accent lighting for a nativity scene. They worked great!
