Great quality!

Great quality! Very impressed! Probably will buy in the future! Have been trying to find an affordable alternative to my ancient looking drop ceilings and this was perfect! Very easy to install and look perfect!

Best install; fun to work

I sampled pro white smooth and loved it. But I ultimately bought the slightly more expensive pro white stucco finish. The smooth was too finished for the garage. Either tile is a pleasure to install. Cuts easily and doesn't break like styrofoam tiles.

Updated my review. Now 4 rather than 2 stars, because it appears the supplier will make it right for me. Excellent customer service. These tiles are nice, but nearly every one in the 15 boxes of 12 tiles per box that I ordered are showing slight residue and/or scarring in one corner, as though a sticker had been there and then was pulled/scraped off. Usually I can wipe them almost clean, but in some cases it's quite stubborn. Also, on average 3 or 4 tiles per box have minor, but visible, dings, smudges, or scratches. The packing boxes look fine, so this is something that happened before packing. No way am I going to try to pack this all up and return, but rather I'll just try to sort and sift and hope that I can find enough good tiles to use in the main room and then use damaged ones on perimeters where some needs to be cut off anyway, or use in closets or where lighting is dim. Overall, dissatisfied considering what I paid for these. Overstock says this is a warranty issue and has forwarded me to their supplier.

very misleading and very unhappy

I'm very disappointed and upset. It was very misleading. I thought I was ordering three packs of 12 2ft×2ft ceiling tiles. That is not what I got at all. I received 3 - 6 inch × 6 inch tiles. As you can see they are advertising it as Genesis Smooth Pro White 2×2 ft Lay- in Ceiling Tile.

GREAT BUY

They are great, easy to work with, look durable. They were easy to squeeze in where it was a tight fit because of the HVAC. I'll never buy traditional drop ceiling again.

The quality is better than what I expected. Everyone loves my dining room ceiling and yes, I would definitely recommend to everyone.

It's a lot easier to install with two people.

I installed these tiles with the ceiling max white surface mount kit. This was for the basment where it is a bit damp. These are made of some type of plastic so I don't think I will have any problems with mold. They were a bit thicker and heavier than I thought they'd be.

Misrepresented Product.

Ad was very misleading about the sample. Indicated it was 2X2 foot but the sample I received was approximately 6"x6". I was going to return but to print a return label, Overstock was going to charge me *** plus. I will certainly not do business with Overstock again.

This tile seems to me to hace good quality. It is thick and heavy and seems durable. The dark color and gloss will hide stains, which is also nice.

SAMPLES. These are 6X6" samples! I'm giving one star because they are very nice but where do you order the actual full size panels? They want $ shipping to return these so I guess I'll just toss them. I thought I was ordering 4 cases of panels not 4 samples.

This is a high quality item, I just wasn't fond of the smooth surface. Luckily, this was just a sample.

great product, easy to cut and install -looks good too! The ceiling tiles where delivered in three days to my front door in a double cardboard packaging that protected the tiles.

Good Quality

The quality on these tiles are second to none. They are definitely worth getting if you really need 2x4 tiles. The I found the 2x2 tiles were more manageable then these.

Better than expected!

Searched all over for these flat white ceiling panels and found these. They are being used to replace stained old particle board tiles. The product is sturdy but not heavy. When installed, they look like perfect Sheetrock tiles but better. They are flat white, with no texture. They can be trimmed easily. Well worth the price.
