The reason I gave 4 it’s because, one of the fittings didn’t have the same measurement and didn’t assemble the right way, so I had to use a different way of installing the towel bar. It looks great

Spout drops water straight on stopper , causing splashing . The paper roller makes noise where it seats , should have a rubber seat / stop in that location .

The installation instructions and. Dont match for good install. The template is off leaving a gap on the bar
The toilet paper holder is very flimsy and gets loose very easily. The bar won't stay up and the toilet paper roll falls off.
Toilet rolls are round the holder is square.

I like how clean and updated this set looks. It fits the farmhouse style I was going for. I do find that the toilet paper roll hardware gets loose every time you have to open the hardware to change the toilet paper roll. It’s also a bit too long compared to a standard roll size. Other than that, I find that this set is a great value for the price and looks good

Sturdy set and easy installation
Great experience for first time installing these. The instructions were clearly written and include templates for the mounts. Hardware and mounts are of good quality — the screws didn’t strip and everything was uniform. It looks great and is sturdy - no wobble. I docked 1 star because I installed the towel bar mounts per the template but the bar has maybe 1/8” room to slide to each side and I was hoping for a perfect fit. But a beautiful set, very happy with it!
Not happy with the toilet paper roller it becomes unhooked
