Cardboard, cheap

Did not realize from the description that “”laser cut MDF” is just thick cardboard, not a more durable / finished-looking material. The sticky notes that come with it are supposed to have a record design on them but they just look dirty, like someone left a cup of coffee and faintly stained them with the rim. I don’t like this purchase at all but the restocking fee doesn’t make it worthwhile to return. Frustrated with misleading details on these products to make them sound higher quality than they are. Just call cardboard what it is, don’t use fancy terms people will mistake for quality.

Such a fun accessory for my teacher desk, and it perfectly holds packs of sticky notes.

It's easy to put together. It's adorable, useful, and nostalgic. That checks a lot of boxes (or crates) for me! Plus, if you put pens in the back, it makes them look GIANT! That's not even mentioned in the product description.
