I ordered it after finding it online and reading all of the positive reviews, it is beautifully made, solidly made and the look I was after. Everyone who has seen it in my home comments on it. Would definitely recommend.

Furniture great. Customer service unacceptable.

We love the product. However, the following day we found a screw missing in the middle base support and called to inquire about getting a replacement. The gentleman we talked to on the phone gave us the impression that we were bothering him and our request was an inconvenience. We arranged to pick up the screw. Upon our arrival at the store my wife went in. The gentleman behind the counter saw her when she entered the store but did not verbally greet or get up from his chair until she approached the desk. Told her "here you go" and slid the item across the desk. No eye contact or no thanks for coming in or any pleasantries. When my wife brought the screw to the car it was the wrong screw so she went in again. This time, when she said that it didn't fit, he said "I don't know what to tell you. I took it right off of it". He handed her a different one and she came out with it. It was the wrong one again. This time, I went in. He eventually took the correct screw out of the one you had on the floor. I told him I didn't appreciate the way my wife was treated and asked if he treats all his customers that way.

I would recommend that people purchase this.

Use as a sideboard in my dining room. I love it. It is heavy duty, fits lots of my kitchen appliances that I use and have no room for on or in my kitchen! I keep my bread maker, dehydrated, small ice maker for parties, large drink dispenser and many other items. It is perfect. I wish they made smaller cabinets that I could fit on my other smaller walls. Excellent construction. I did remove one small self to move it up slightly higher.
