Filter that came with this model is very flimsy
We own two other air purifiers by Lasko and they are larger than this one. Their charcoal filters seem to be much more robust and longer lasting. I'm not sure why this smaller model does not have a similar structure for its filter. It seems pretty flimsy and my concern is that the HEPA filter will go bad quicker than it needs to.

I have tried all day to order a product and I keep getting stopped by some ridiculous requirement about changing the amount - first it was the $5 shipping fee, then I decided to increase the order to change the shipping fee requirement and the computer program didn't like that either.
