Great rug. Beautiful neutral color.

Good Quality

I ordered 2.6 x 8' runner. It's not too thick or too thin. It doesn't slide around, so no pad needed. It's a vanilla color, but with a lot of muted colors mixed in. It doesnt look messy or dirty from footprints. The colors, texture and pattern make it perfect for the entryway.

I am rating this product one star because i never received it, as it was delivered to the wrong address. Yes, the correct address was on the order but Fedex delivered it elsewhere. I contacted customer service (both Homedepot and Fedex) and they weren't able to resolve my issue. Said it was delvered and to contact my cc company to handle.
