Beautiful! Well packed. Arrived intact. We bought service for 12 (so three sets). 2 out of there were flawless. One set had chips in two items that looked like a manufacturing error is the glazing. Quickly replaced with over and above response to our issue.

Awesome looking Dinnerware Set. We got the bluish teal set. A dinner palate arrived with a big chip out of it. Not so surprising, I mean it’s risky sending dinner ware by any shipping company. Contacted the folks at returns and told the what happened. They handed the problem quickly and professionally. We received a replacement in about a week. 100 Satisfied!
