The outer housing of the clock was just what I was looking for, beautiful. However, the mechanics of the clocks functionality was terrible. The hands didn't work. Two of the Roman numerals were greatly smudged. Returning promptly.
Love this classic clock. It is beautiful!
It is very pretty but does not keep good time. No matter how many times I set it, it either loses time of gains time. I will be sending it back.

Nice clock, but...
First of all, the clock looks and feels like a quality clock. It is made of sturdy metal, and is a very attractive clock. The downside is the color description is wrong. The clock is actually copper colored, not gold. And if you are more than 5 feet away from the clock, you can't see the gears moving.

Clock is pretty and large. The Roman numerals are painted onto the glass. The color of the clock I received is almost a rose gold color, but copperish and antique gold could be used to describe the color as well. It's quiet, the cogs turn. In my opinion, it's a nice clock, but a bit pricey after seeing it up close. It's thick, about 3 inches, so its quite noticeable... after all, It's large approximately 24 x 24 inches
