I bought this plant 11 days ago and never received it. Turns out it was never shipped. Pretty ridiculous customer service. Anyways, we never got the plant and I cancelled the order.

The tree arrived healthy but it was not as dense as in the picture, nice tree but less mature than I thought. I paid for next day shipping and would have liked more care put into packaging with how much I paid. The seller was very responsive and easy to work with but I wish the picture of the tree was more accurate.
Arrived in perfect condition despite rough handling by UPS. It looked exactly as pictured and continues to do well. Would definitely order from this vendor again! Very healthy plants!
This was a purchase of three plants and two of the three were just healthy and beautiful, the Ficus being one of them. Arrived just as it was pictured, no damage in shipping, and it’s been almost two weeks and it continues to thrive after being repotted. She’s lovely.
