Regret the purchase

I purchased this item several months ago (so can't return) and have just know installed it. I guess it works fine, although I'm not really impressed with the shower heads and the tub spout leaks when it is blocked to operate the shower heads. Since this purchase, I have become impressed with Moen products, so that's what I now buy. Why would you buy this product with only a 1-year warranty when you can buy the same thing for the same price from Moen and get a lifetime warranty?

Love this Sleek Black Matte Shower Kit

We purchased this shower kit for our bathroom remodel. Comes with everything you need including diverter. Great Value for the money. The black and matte finish are very nice. I love all the shower spray options!

Nice product

Bought this set to replace the current Delta shower set I have. The quality, feel and look is pretty good but first thing I saw when I opened the box was a blemish on one of the shower heads. Tried wiping it off but somehow the matte black finish got stained. Going to reach out to the manufacturer and hopefully they will replace it. If not I'll order another one.

drain spout is defective

love the shower head but the tub spout is not working. I now have to replace the spout because it was cracked and does not work.

Very well made

This Giving Tree 2 and 1 single handle 5 spray tub and shower faucet is a very well made unit that is easy to install and highly functional. It offers a rain shower experience as well as a wand like spray that is an all in one kit. The best part that I like is the separate hand held sprayer that makes rinsing your body and the shower easy. The negative for me is the limited position of the main shower head.

Great Shower Manifold and system

Great product in terms of design and functionality. It is nice to finally not have to buy a separate attachment or fixture to use the sprayer handle. Very well manufactured and put together. The valve is not a cheaply made one and can tell this is a product that will last. Even the finish on the tub spout and shower handles are scuff resistant and does not scratch easily. Instructions, plumbing tape, and all pieces needed are included in the box.

Nice looking replacement for my old faucet

My original hardware in my shower were just completely jacked up. It was chrome and it was peeling pretty bad as well as the shower head was getting pretty clogged with hard water deposits. Definitely needed a new set to replace them and this one looked pretty good to me.

Looks great, plenty of options

2-In-1 Single-Handle 5-Spray Tub and Shower Faucet Handheld Combo with 4 in. Shower Head in Chrome is a great looking, easy to install and complete set of all you need in a bath tub. The instructions are poor to nothing, but most of the installations are easy, so not a big deal breaker problem. The shower head fit tight and clean, no dripping. The multiple mode operation on both shower head and hand held shower head is a good feature we love.

Very nice

I have to say I’m kind of blown away on how nice this set is. It has everything to spruce up your shower and tub. And the quality is excellent. Without a doubt very well-made, the price is actually reasonable especially for what you’re getting.. as I mentioned, the quality is excellent, so that basically means that these parts are going to last you a very long time.

Solid Shower Set

The GIVING TREE 2-In-1 Single-Handle 5-Spray Tub and Shower Faucet 4 in. Handheld Combo Shower Head in Brushed Nickel(Valve Included) is a solid product. First off, the directions are very easy to follow and you have several options with your installation. The shower combination really offers a lot of variety when you are showering. The only drawback is the shower head is made of plastic that may get cracked if it is dropped.

Nice Giving Tree Shower Fixture which is part metal and part plastic

This GIVING TREE, 2-in-1, single handle, double spray head, tub and shower faucet has some wonderful features. It comes with a quality brass plated tub spout with a brushed chrome finish and a replacement single lever solid brass valve with 4 connections. One is for the tub spout, two for the cold and hot water inlet connections and one to supply the shower heads. The shower heads have multiple settings and are easy to operate. There are some issues with this product starting with the skimpy directions printed on a very small piece of paper. They are probably adequate for a plumber but not the average DIY person. I’m not a plumber but have put in a lot of shower heads in my life time so they were ok for me. Next, when I read the product description, it was not obvious that the shower heads were entirely plastic. Personally, I don’t like plastic shower heads especially where one has to be placed in a cradle. They are too light weight and fall out easily. Finally, the rubber hose looks and is cheap and ruins the entire appearance of this bath fixture. For these reasons, I lowered the overall rating to a four star and that may be a little generous. However, the good features allow me to recommend it as my dislike for plastic shower heads may be more of a personal preference. They probably bring down the cost but my opinion is metal heads and a good shower hose are worth paying a little extra. I apologize for only having the shower heads installed for this review but the Holidays were a bad time to be tearing out a tub wall with the house full of relatives unless I wanted to face the wrath of my wife.
