Better than the other brand I bought.

A few pieces came damaged from the factory and the manufacturing inconsistencies made it difficult to put together. That being said, it is a stable shelf when all pieces are put together that I would consider buying again.

I bought this a month ago and just put it together. It doesn't snap together perfectly - some joints need a little persuasion - but no big deal - once it was done, likely the best shelving unit on the market

Gladiator DOES NOT CARE!

I am on my 3rd replacement. Item comes demolished every time. Gladiator blames the Carrier, but the truth is that Gladiator does not properly package this item. STANDARD grade cardboard box for an item that is 100+ lbs. Little protective packaging. The item is so Heavy. Every time I watch the FedEx carrier, he bangs it around and drops it multiple times before it gets to my driveway.

light duty not heavy duty

I purchased this after purchasing a Kobalt heavy duty shelf thinking I was getting the smaller version. it isn't even in the same league. I purchased it through the app so I couldn't see it beforehand. Big mistake

Sent them back. Ordered a few all came in busted. Took over 1 month to have them sent. Took 5 tries for FedEx to deliver it. They all ended up with “unreadable” stickers aka we dropped it off a cliff. Sent one to the store it went FedEx and arrived busted. Ordered another to the store and it never shipped or arrived. Just got my money back. I still need shelves too. Three months total of trying to get shelves and ended up just with money back. Don’t waste your time.

Very thin metal - very flimsy.

Enough said. The shelves are 1/4" or so fiber board. The metal is not sturdy at all like the Husky heavy duty products for about the same price. Avoid this product.

Not safe

First of all, half of the shelf bars came with the ends bent. You would think, oh that needs to be returned because it's not even usable.. but I was able to bend them back into place easily with my hands.. which alone tells you how "strong" the steel is that this thing is made out of. Your second tier literally clips into the first tier, with the thinnest possible clips and will pop out if you bump it. The shelves just sit on top and aren't connected. When you attempt to move this thing, the entire thing tries to come apart. Nothing fully clicks into place. I had to drag it to move it because if you try to lift and move it with two people everything starts to slide and pop out of place. I put one box on the top and the whole shelf swayed. I would not recommend this, at all. It's super unsafe.

Was thawed out on my drive apron boxes busted open in the rain i couldn’t even pull in to my house the shelves were not all steel like described as all steel shelves seemed to be some type of covering of maybe particle board not at all what I ordered and being thrown out of back of a truck in my driveway very poor service I have already answered the questions about this delivery am very disappointed to be asked again about this with no response

I have used this rack for more than a year. It is very sturdy that holds a lot of heavy stuff in my garage with no program. I am so satisfied with this rack.

Mostly EZ Connect

Sturdy shelving, most of the assembly went smoothly, but I struggled with it some in the middle shelving area getting the pieces to connect. Tumed out just as I had hoped.
