I have been waiting for this spot to review here. First, I wish that Joss and Main should have not partnered with Wayfair because they will lose their customers because of the bad performance. I was traumatized by my delivery experienced with Wayfair. Initially, I bought this chaise last May and I waited for a month before its delivery, and then it was scheduled so I have to reserve my apartment’s freight elevator which I did, I worked the night before and waited for them from 12p-4p, no one came or called between that timeframe so I called the customer service, he told me that they called me and that they came, this is the funniest part because there was no evidence that someone called me on that day and that my apartment’s leasing people did not see anyone parking in our area. Then, he told me to wait on the phone while he is investigating it and he hang up on me, I thought he was going to call me back and I waited for another hour but no one called me back. I called for the second time and a Manager spoke to me and was apologizing about what happened and that I have to reschedule the delivery, I told her I can not plus the freight elevator in my place is not going to be available anytime. So, I was disappointed because I waited for a month and that I am going to return this item and I want a full refund, she said yes and when I checked my refund she deducted a shipping fee which is very expensive so I called her back and told her that i am willing to have it delivered back to me but she told me that it was already brought back to Texas(I live in VA), Really This all happened in one day and that they returned the chaise back to Texas already I begged for her and that she said she can not do anything, I even cried and then she transferred me to another person and finally I got my full refund with all the calls I made and time spending on the phone and then I have to go back to work that night again.

Loved this lounger, looked and looked for the right one for our piano room. This one looks very elegant. I didn’t love the pillows that came with it. They seemed small and cheap. I like the look without pillows but have also ordered some others to see how they’ll look. So we’ll see! Would not hesitate to buy, great price.

Great comfort and the look and craftsmanship is superior

I love the look but the cushion is extremely stiff. There is no give and therefore it wrinkles teh fabric easily. (Upholstery over foam?)
