Not wven close to the right color

Quality of the quilt is just okay… it’s quite stiff and much more shiny than I thought it would be. The color is way off. I ordered the taupe quilt, and it is definitely not taupe. It’s more of a camel/caramel color. I am pretty disappointed in how off the color is.

Gorgeous

Absolutely Gorgeous!!! I opened the package and no chemical dye smell but I still washed it in my washer before using it. Very little lint came off the dryer lint screen, which shocked me. And folded it up till I’m ready to decorate my bedroom for the Christmas season. This is a Deep Burgundy in color and I’m so impressed on how well it’s made.

Soft and pretty

Love the quality. Feels soft. Looks beautiful. It’s described as oversized, but is not as large as the last oversized quilt I bought. Still works though.

Elegant!

Very classy looking spread! Over the last year, I bought one for each of my beds. There are a lot of loose threads in the stitching but otherwise very nice. I especially like them because they have some body to them so they are easy to make and keep in place. I have not had to wash one but I am concerned about how I will dry them when I do.

Awesome Quilt

I love this quilt. It’s soft, large, and looks more expensive than what it actually cost. I wanted to elevate the look in our primary bedroom for the winter and this quilt did just that. Hope to purchase again for our guest room.

Soft and beautiful

Great value. Well made and super soft! Was hoping the blue was a bit more teal, but the shade of blue pulls my room together. A little bit heavier than expected but super comfortable to sleep under!

Perfect cooler weather bedspread!!

Says “velvet” but softer like a velour. The body is WONDERFUL, as it’s not cheap and wrinkly. Not too heavy and not too light. I love it so much I bought another to give son and DIL for Christmas! Sizing is perfect and well made. Great price.

Such a pretty bedspread!

I was so happy to find this lovely and soft bedspread. The color is exactly what I was expecting. It looks just as it does in the picture. It's the right size too. It doesn't hang way over the sides or awkwardly stick out because it isn't long enough. Finally something made correctly!

Beautiful, luxurious everyday comfortable

Beautiful, luxurious, high-quality velour comforter...and seems durable. It's warmer than I typically like, but not too warm -- kind of in the middle between a light comforter and a mid-warmer one. It is so soft and comfortable -- and perfect for a guest room or primary room use! Highly recommend -- will not disappoint!

It's beautiful. It's just heavy. It slides down off the bed during the night and it takes good arm strength to pull it back up. Sometimes I don't want to deal with it. I'm talking about the king size. I have not tested the queen size. Otherwise, it is a rich beautiful color and it washed and dried well. It took a long time to dry because of repositioning in the drier, but I was careful not to over-dry.

This is a beautiful quilt. The quality is awesome, it’s nice and heavy. It’s also reversible, but I love it on the velvet side. I have a king size on a sleep number bed and it fits great. I loved it so much I ordered a twin size for another room. I wanted to buy other colors for my guest room, but the size was not available. You can wash it if your machine can handle a king size quilt as mine does, but it says do not dry it. That’s difficult if you don’t have an area or hang laundry out. I have a textile engineer in the family who says definitely do not dry it, so I hang it over the banister to dry. Worth it!

Nice Quilt

I love it. I’m in the process of redecorating my bed and was looking for a black and/or burgundy comforter. Well, I purchased the black and burgundy quilt instead. The black is a jet black. I haven’t opened the burgundy yet but the black quilt is just right and what I was looking for. Although it doesn’t look thick, it is very warm. I would recommend and have to my daughter. If I remember, I will come back to upload pics after I complete decorating my bed with the right decorative pillows I’m still in search of.

Hunter Green Velvet Quilt Set is nice!

It’s hard to find an emerald green quilt so took a chance on this little pricey, velvet twin quilt set. It’s definitely hunter green so it’s a little darker than I needed but, all else as described. It’s velvet, not velour so will collect lint. Although am inclined to send it back because of color, I’m going to wait and give it a chance on a daybed I ordered for my daughter. I’ll up the lighting like my camera flash and see what happens. Can always use it as an extra blanket. Packaging very nice and arrived in perfect condition!

Beautiful, practical and washable and oh so soft!

Beautiful bed cover that is comfortable to sleep beneath. It is not lightweight, but I like the weight. The red I chose is rich and warm. I needed to wash it when it was nearly new because of a spill. Label says it is washable. I'd read it should not be dried in a dryer. It's hard to find a place to dry a king-sized comforter after washing. I took it to the laundromat, washed it alone in a big machine, dried it to almost dry in a big commercial dryer on low

HOME RUN! I am an interior designer and exceptional pieces are very important to my business. I purchased two sets of velvet quilts for a client's master suite update. We are looking to go sophisticated, soft blue (to go with a French ladies chair in the space) and preferably machine washable. This one far surpassed the other set and was surprisingly less. This truly gives off a very high end look and feel. Perfectly rich in French Blue or Spa Blue, whichever you choose and literally perfect stitching. It was hands down our first choice for color bedding and I can guarantee that I will use this in other colors for other clients. It is truly impressive!

This quilt is exactly what I was looking for. I just moved into a new apartment and I really wanted to change my bedding into something more sophisticated and rich looking. I love velvet, but some velvet can look cheap or stiff. This is soft and sumptuous feeling. I'm tired of heavy comforters, but some quilts can be flimsy or skimpy. This is not. I knew I wanted navy, but getting the right navy can sometimes be hard (especially online). This is a beautiful navy, not dull or so dark it looks black, but not too bright or veering into royal. I also really like this quilting design of small squares, more so than plain or horizontal stripes. It gives it a great dimension. All in all, along with the matching shams, it looks beautiful on my bed and was just what I wanted. And it was a good price! I would highly recommend this to anyone, male or female, because it can work in both masculine or feminine or shared spaces. Don't hesitate!
